We loved the condo, especially the keyless entry. Our only complaint would be that the shower heads are too low. My husband and son had to bend over to get their head wet. They are only 6 and 6’1 so not abnormally tall. Also the lights in the bedrooms didn’t work off the light switch. Other than that we definitely loved it. The decor and furniture are updated.

Browns Summit

We love this house and rent it every yr for the same week. Owners update it every year so it is a great place to spend your vaca. Perfect location..across the street from beach access. However this year the walkway to the beach was being repaired and did not have it completed and no other way to get on the beach. No fault to the owner or realty co but was difficult to travel onto the beach. Other than that it is a great place to stay. Pool is great. Kids love it.

The property description was accurate. The home couldn't have been any closer to the beach. It was very convenient and we were able to get into the house about 2 hours earlier than anticipated. The kitchen was very well-stocked with plates, pots/pans, etc. The home could have been a little cleaner, as there was still sand on the floors from the previous tenants. The carpets and some of the furnishings were somewhat worn and threadbare. The pool was cleaned three times during the week, which was awesome. The agent called on Monday to ensure everything was good, and responsed to our two concerns - very much appreciated. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative. We ate at the Gulfstream Cafe the final evening - very good food. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation experience at Our Three Suns.

We enjoyed staying at the Sea Mystique 105 because the access was easy with the keypad and we didnt have to worry about a key. The view was great and the condo was very nice, clean and updated.

This place has been very tastefully renovated. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and elegant stay. There is an even better view from the porch than the listing shows. Incredibly convenient beach access and location. Walking distance from Conch Cafe, River City is a short drive. Note that there are really just two showers, one bath has a jacuzzi tub and does have a wand that you can use to wash your hair.

Star haven for the week was a great choice. About a 1 min walk to the closest public beach access. The ocean view from the front porch was awesome. We walked to the pier a couple of nights, not a bad walk at all. The house is very comfortable, furniture and beds were more than sufficient. The staff at garden city realty was awesome. We will definitely use again.

We had been left no clean linen when we arrived. I called the proper number for property management laundry, and it wasn’t too long before someone showed up with just what we needed.

Upon arrival the GCR inspector said that several TV remotes were missing and would be replaced. Never heard anything about that. We did without. The door codes didn't work so we contacted GCR and they were able to reprogram the codes remotely. Very professional maintenance department. We were surprised to find a King Bed in one room so the listing hasn't been updated for that upgrade. Bedrooms have AC window units and central air and some were still uncomfortably warm. Outdoor grill and some of the deck furniture needs to be replaced. Very pleased that linens were provided. A downstairs ice maker would be a great addition. Beach access and dock/inlet access was awesome.

We loved our stay at Ocean Cove. The home was beautiful decorated and had everything we needed for a week away from home. Easy access to the beach and pool. This was our first vacation in several years, and it was a perfect getaway! Besides the beautiful beach, we enjoyed "the Upside Down House", the Aquarium, a dolphin cruise, dinners at Murrell's Inlet, putt putt, and lots of great ice cream! I highly recommend it to everyone!

The inside of the home was very well equipped with everything needed; especially the kitchen. Have 2 refrigerators - one upstairs and one down - was such a BONUS. The washer and dryer looked new and worked perfectly. We had more than enough space as we had 6 people staying here. The front and back deck made it easy to go downstairs based off of where you were in the home. Renting a golf cart is a must with this location being located b/t the pier, marina, and grocery store. The pool was well maintained and was serviced at least 3 times during our stay. The pool was ideal with the wall separating the shallow from the deep (we had a 2 year old staying with us). It would of been very beneficial if the decking from the house was extended to the beach a few more feet as the sand was extremely hot. No grill was a downer, but no sure it was listed as part of the property. The vents and under dressers maintained by the cleaning service could of been better as there was dust in both. We would definitely stay here again!
