The condo is just beautiful. I am a perfectionist so I thought the Cleanliness was good. The king and one queen mattress was not real comfortable. Someone sent us the wrong code and we couldn't get in. Air conditioner sounds like a train. No dishsoap. I said there wasn't any small pots but I found them, sorry. But the shrimp pot was burned on the bottom so appreciate the extra pot. We needed it.9

My wife and I stayed at Gulf Stream Villa 114 in June 2024 and it was perfect. The property was just as described and was spotless. The location was perfect for our vacation. It has a very private pool and a very short walk to the beech. We will return to this property again.

We have enjoyed several stays at Lindo Mar. it is a great beach house in quiet Surfside Beach. Our only complaint previously was the lack of a garbage disposal, but now one has been installed. We very much enjoy the porches. The front porch is screened, and the back porch is covered. Both have rocking chairs which aid in the enjoyment of the porches. All of the Garden City Realty staff we encountered, including office and maintenance, were very friendly and helpful. If a problem arose, it was quickly resolved.

This was our first time renting Beach Ballz we have stayed within this community for years, sadly this home is for sale. I hope the new owners continue to rent this home as a dog friendly place. First impression, the home was soooooo clean and that is a rare thing these days. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with just about everything you would need if you wanted to cook in all week. If it is still for rent next year we will book it again. Thanks Garden City Reality for taking care of this home like it was your own. We were very happy with our stay.

It was great. The house was perfect and beautiful. The only thing I would have liked better was the walkway to the beach,it would have been nice if the walkway went farther out. Over all this was a beautiful house and I recommend it to anyone.

The unit was great. Everything was as described and pleasantly surprised at updated features. The ONLY issue we had: the representative in the little office downstairs, female blonde with tatts (i have tattoos so just being descriptive), rude on 2 occasions when asking for information. Specifically about a notice for spraying for bugs, as we have a 6 month old learning to crawl. And she was an infertility baby. So a little more cautious than some about exposure. Same lady also rude when asked abour the fireworks ordinance (none as posted on the signs). But they were going off constantly Saturday night. So my daughter asked and was told “what do you want me to do about it, call the sheriff”. Call the sheriff would have been sufficient. Her overall demeanor was not to be disturbed. Other than this, we have discussed returning at some point. Loved the location, the amenities, and the atmosphere.

Great rental company. Beautiful unit with gorgeous decor. Balcony furnishings were amazing. The unit was very clean and a good location. We were unhappy with the security for waking all of us to tell me my vehicle was parked a little over the line, so park carefully!!!

Very enjoyable week. Unit was right size for 6 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 toddler. Mattress on pull out sofa bed does need replacing. Upon arrival unit was clean except for porch and balcony,
