I was very satisfied with my unit and my experience with Garden City Realty. This is my second year booking with them and I would recommend them highly. When we arrived to the unit we realized our vehicle which is a full sized truck with a full crew cab was not going to be able to park under the unit. I called the after hours line and was immediately helped. They found us a parking spot at another unit nearby that could accommodate our needs. They have a friendly top notch staff! Will definitely use and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vacation rental!

Overall our family enjoyed staying at this beach house. We were sorry there wasn't a keurig as advertised and the coffee maker was very small.
Unfortunately the pictures of the downstairs was not accurate. The only seating arrangement downstairs is a very short uncomfortable sofa. There was also no TV downstairs. The lower level needs to be updated.
The location is nice however we did have problems with people coming over and setting up in front of the house because of the public access.

The description is accurate. Walking to the beach by going away from the main road in led to a public assess with golfcart parking. Pool was perfect size for the family. Plenty of space to be together, and to have quiet time.

We stayed at Gamblers Retreat with our 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren and one son-in-law. We loved the location and the privacy of the beach. We loved the property and the pool. We had a couple of minor issues and we called the realtor and they immediately game and fixed them. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo, especially the keyless entry. Our only complaint would be that the shower heads are too low. My husband and son had to bend over to get their head wet. They are only 6 and 6’1 so not abnormally tall. Also the lights in the bedrooms didn’t work off the light switch. Other than that we definitely loved it. The decor and furniture are updated.

Browns Summit

We love this house and rent it every yr for the same week. Owners update it every year so it is a great place to spend your vaca. Perfect location..across the street from beach access. However this year the walkway to the beach was being repaired and did not have it completed and no other way to get on the beach. No fault to the owner or realty co but was difficult to travel onto the beach. Other than that it is a great place to stay. Pool is great. Kids love it.
