The home was spacious. There was plenty of room for the family of 13 to spread out. The game room was a nice feature. The boys enjoyed fishing off the dock. Overall, it was a great property for our family.

The house was large enough to accommodate the six of us with plenty more room to spare. Very clean and professionally decorated. The private swimming pool was very nice after a day at the beach. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and pier. Staff at Garden City Realty called several times during our stay to check and make sure that we did not need anything and to inquire if our stay was satisfactory. Overall, our vacation was the best experience we have had as a family. Thank you for all your hospitality and for helping us to make some special memories.

Great time at the beach. The house was in a perfect location, easy access to the beach via a ramp used by authorities and beach rental companies.

The home is in a wonderful location. Steps from the beach. We enjoyed our week at the Peace of Heaven. Overall the house is nice and it was clean.

We placed a few maintenance calls during the week and Garden City Realty and the owner were quick to respond and correct the issues reported. A+ for customer service & follow up!

I would call out 2 things for a future renter to consider when booking this rental. First, our group felt the mattresses were uncomfortable and that is might be time for replacements and second, we were disappointed that the home description did not mention that the entire downstairs level of the home does not have air conditioning. Mentioning that in the overall home description would at least give a renter all the information needed to decide if this is the vacation home for them to rent.

Great location and love the outdoor area. We have stayed here multiple times and would come back again. The kitchen is significantly depleted on supplies so be prepared to bring your own.

We had a great stay in this property. Conveniently located to beach and shared community pool. A few things to note: the fridge is small for a large group. We utilized the extra sitting space upstairs as another bedroom. It would be nice to put a regular bed in that room because the sitting area seemed like wasted space for our group. The property needs more entryway rugs to catch sand. All in all, it was a great property and we enjoyed our time there.

We had such a great time. The house was beautiful, very open, and all bedrooms and living room areas were spacious! Even the kitchen felt spacious despite being a galley!

House was nicely renovated and decorated. Nice furniture and every kitchen appliance you can think of. Hot water, clean, very convenient to the beach, great views from the back deck. Would love to have had ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the ant problem to have been fixed before we came. Would still stay here again if needed to.

The property is in great shape. Unfortunately we had to deal with the beach replenishment project that interrupted any trips to the beach. We would stay at this property again

Our stay was definitely a 10 out of 10. The property location is perfect . It was super easy getting from condo to the pool and from the pool to the beach . We was very impressed with short walk from the pool to the beach . It made it really easy with the kids . Also, you can be to the surf side pier in less than minutes and the Garden City pier as well. Awesome beach shops and restaurants within 5 minutes as well.

Now to the only down fall to the property ( not the condo , but the sea master its self ) . The pool was absolutely disgusting. The pump didn’t work more than 1/2 the time we was there. Several families we talked to wouldn’t even get in it including us the last couple of days . This seems like and easy fix . So,
Hopefully they will get it lined out . Overall , we will be back and definitely book this condo again .

This condo was in the perfect location! Steps away from the beach and beautiful view! The condo had plenty of space for our family, was clean, and comfortable, but could really use some updating, especially in the bathrooms.

Our rental experience was overall very good. The condo was in good shape
The only thing that needs improving is the carpet in the outside walkways of the entire building. They are a safety hazard as they are buckled up and they are not clean nor was the building cleaned in any way during our stay.
