This was a great property and vacation, in general. It was amazing to walk out and right onto the sand. The living room and master balcony views were also wonderful and the location was convenient. The office personnel were pleasant and booking/checking out was easy. Thank you for a great stay!

Condo was absolutely beautiful. Loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean and sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the parking lot was secure and you had to have a code to get it. Only issue we ran into was we never got the text stating the condo was ready to check in so we kept having to callback to get the gate code, door code and pool code which was inconvenient. WiFi for the tv wasn’t working in the bedroom and kept going out in the living room which was frustrating. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. Close to surfside pier and garden city pier.

Awesome place for my family with two small kids. The beach was cold for spring break so the indoor pool was perfect. The building is older but very well maintained and clean. Also our hot water heater went out suddenly and the management had it replaced within a couple hours. Very impressed with them.

Just back from our 5th stay here. It's always a great time. The direct beach access, the heated pool and hot tub, the bright and spacey interior, and the general cleanliness of this house makes for a great fanily vacation every year.

Our family of six (plus two dogs) had a fantastic stay at Seabatical for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was spacious, there were bedrooms and baths for everyone, the backyard was easily accessed from the back porch, and the elevator worked great for the grandparent and unloading. The kitchen was appointed beautifully, and I had everything I needed to prepare the Thanksgiving meal. Last but certainly not least, booking was a breeze through Garden City Realty!

From the minute we arrived till the time we left our experience was amazing. We were informed of the work taking place and it did not disrupt our plans at all. It was finished by March 30th as we were told and back to normal within 1 day. Condo was super clean and access was very smooth. We love the Waters Edge and Garden City Realty were also amazing.

The room was just as the pictures shown. It was supplied with all that was needed plus! Most everything was up to date and clean. Atalaya staff was friendly and Garden city realty was accommodating. The “owners” left us wanting to return!

This property was everything we hoped it would be! It handled all of our needs from the elevator to having plenty of space to spend time with family playing games and fun in the sun at the gorgeous pool! I highly recommend this property the views are amazing and the home is a 10.

We had a wonderful stay at this home and would absolutely recommend it to others. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great and it had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived.

There were just a couple of minor issues during our stay, but they were completely out of the host’s control and did not take away from our overall experience. (The back yard does not get much sunlight and although they have maintenance to take care of the pool, because the tree it would be helpful to leave a pool skimmer to remove the leaves)

We had a fantastic time and would happily stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed the spacious, beautiful condo. The views from the 2 balconies were gorgeous. Extremely clean, great layout. The private master suite upstairs was nice and quiet. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, wrap around porch and the rooms were great. Dog friendly with big fenced in backyard. Great location and the porch swing was the best.
