It was a perfect place to stay with friends, had everything we needed and the bonus of beach stuff in the closet made the stay that much better. Staff very helpful, we had a power outage due to storm but response by maintenance was perfect

We had a great time. The place was in a perfect spot. Steps from the beach. The only issue we had was that none of the TVs would work and one would not even come on. But we only wanted to watch TV at night so no big issue. Great amenities. Plenty of things to do in a central location. Thank you for the stay.

We have stayed in this unit several times - Love the view- and the easy access from the room to the beach. No shoes necessary!! All the amenities you need. My only suggestion would be to upgrade to a more comfortable mattress.

Very nice 3 bedroom condo with all of the necessary amenities in Garden city. I love the keypad lock for easy entry. It was nice having tile in the entire condo. It needed a few small maintenance improvements such as light switches not working and a bathroom drawer front being totally detached. Also the master bedroom mattress is thin and not very comfortable.

Positive: The owners provided plenty of dishes, a bookshelf of books, games, and even some kids beach toys. Nice touches! The carpet was in good shape in the hallway and bedrooms. The balcony was one of the only ones that jutted out enough to see the ocean which was very nice. The condo stayed quiet to road noise. We thought the beds were comfortable (twins and King). The pull out couch is the nicest I've seen. My youngest slept there and said it was comfortable. Kitchen was a nice size and extra seating at the bar was needed and appreciated with a family of 5. The bathrooms were a great size (the back shower was very small) but the actual space to move around in the bathroom was good. There is a beach access lot one condo away. It had about 7 parking spots.
The negatives: Very low lighting because there are no overhead light fixtures, no overhead fans, the main bedroom does not have very good air flow so it was warmer than the rest of the condo (even after adjusting vents), there are no bathroom fans, there ARE heat lights in the bathroom which when accidentally turned on heat up the whole condo (so watch that), the beach at high tide here is quite shallow. So at low tide there's room for lots of people - but at high tide it's pretty crowded. No tents allowed in this county on the beach (that included the "cabana" type and the Shibumi (although that may change) This is summer 2023. The hall air return (I guess) tended to be noisy. It didn't bother us really bc it didn't stay on for long periods of time...but at night in bed I would hear it. There is no bathroom downstairs near the pool/beach area. You cannot park a vehicle with a top cargo carrier under the overhang parking - we always had a spot in the general parking area - but we went after school started back.

Property was a perfect location. Condo was beautifully updated and comfortable. Furnishings were as noted in pictures. Check-in was no contact and super easy and so convenient. The only thing that that needs updated are the older dirty bedroom carpets. I did wipe a spill up off the tile kitchen floor and the paper towel was black. It did smell really clean when we walked in. Overall great property and plan to stay here again!!!!

We love this unit and how close it is to the beach. We were happy to see that a few pieces of furniture had been replaced since the last time we stayed. I hope they consider replacing the recliner soon, it's old and uncomfortable. Other than that I highly recommend this unit!

We had the best time! A little disappointed that the floater at Inlet Pointe was not available but my family and guests tht came had the best time! I have been coming to Garden City and Inlet Pointe for 20+ years and will continue to come back.
