We've stayed at Sea Master for 6 straight years and love the location and how easy it is to get down to the beach. It is literally the closest building to the water. 207 was nice but could use some updating, especially some of the mattresses. Love the key pad entry! I think it should be mandatory with all rentals.

Loved the house! It was super clean and so spacious! We loved having the pool and the beach basically across the street. The only negatives for us was not being able to dock our boat there at the house because at low tide it was super shallow and dry and the washer and dryer being in a room downstairs with the air conditioning. Other than that we loved it! Oh yes, it was also super quiet which was awesome!

We (4 adults, 2 kids) had a great time here. The house is very comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. It has a cottage/rustic feel. It's not small but I wouldn't want more than 8 folks to be comfortable. The selling point is the outside space- steps to the beach, small pool that is refreshing(5' deep at lowest point), large deck with a table for dining and 4 comfy rockers. Lots of beach amenities- chairs, beach toys) and inside games.The decking is synthetic so no splinters but it does get hot. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather on an uncrowded beach the 3rd week of August. The furniture is new and comfortable and we loved our beds- not something we could say about previous rentals! Only small quibble is that some floor areas were a little sandy upon arrival but otherwise a very clean space. Very happy with 3 Suns.

Had a wonderful time. Never been in August. Actually liked less crowed beach, traffic and restaurants. Beautiful weather but very hot. Have never been to the beach without some rain. Never saw a drop of water, not even a thunderstorm at night. Just a very pleasant week.

We had a fabulous time. The unit is fully equipped and exactly like on the pictures. Recently renovated, clean, and spacious. The place was spotless when we first came in. The only downside would be the washer/dryer, they need to be updated, but it's not the end of the world.

Condo was wonderful. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Only suggestion I would have is to remove the burgundy red curtains in the living room that obstruct the ocean view. Even open, we had to tuck two of them up into/around the rod since they didn’t entirely slide left or right. Otherwise amazing stay! Would definitely book condo again.

We stayed at One Ocean Place 201 in August 2023 and loved it. It's a great updated unit that is easy to get to with great views. Unit was roomy with great kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Only downsides would be showers were a bit small and one of the spare rooms could have 2 beds vs both having 1 bed. Plenty of parking. Pools were nice, though I wish they were open until 10:00 vs 9:00pm. We did have an issue with air conditioning after hours. We called and the issue was fixed within a couple hours.

We love this home!
It's so comfortable and family friendly. Love the porch, kitchen, all the amenities and the luxury beds. It is now our go to beach house. Close to anything you need. Of course the beach but also groceries, golf, restaurants, arcades and ice cream.
