We enjoyed our stay, although it wasn’t our first time at Royal Garden Resort. We hope to rebook again especially because there are so many adventures in this area of South Carolina. This location is also a great place for enjoying your grandchildren with its indoor and outdoor pools and children pools.

This is our third year coming to Seagrass and once again, it did not disappoint! Only a block and a half from the Ocean (you can still hear the waves from the deck), it takes no time at all to walk there. We enjoyed the wildlife in the pond at the side of the house while hanging out on that wrap around deck. The private pool was loved by all nine of us almost everyday except for the day Hurricane Idalia came into town, but Garden City Realty was very proactive in keeping us up to date with info on what to do as the storm came in. The house had everything we needed to stay in (kitchen supplies, board games, tv's for movie time) or go out (location is minutes away from most all attractions). Oh, and we had to call once for maintenance and they were there in no time - very prompt and friendly service!

All in all, we have found our annual oasis and are very grateful to the owner and Garden City for offering up this property!

Stay was nice. Location several blocks from beach however we knew this and had no issues with the location. Rented a golf cart from S2 golf carts. House was clean upon arrival. Pool and in ground tub were great. Lounge area outside was nice however fans didn’t work. The only issue I had were the beds. They were all pretty firm. I dealt with it, however they could be nicer. it seems to be a common theme in rentals. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and have all ready booked for our return.

We have stayed at Compass Rose several times. We love the location and the fact that it is such a small complex. The only complaint we have is the twin beds desperately need new mattresses. The other beds were comfortable. We will be returning next year.

Third time staying at this condo building. First time in Unit 413,. It was a perfect place to stay with friends, had everything we needed and the bonus of beach stuff in the closet made the stay that much better. Staff very helpful, we had a power outage due to storm but response by maintenance was perfect

We had a great time. The place was in a perfect spot. Steps from the beach. The only issue we had was that none of the TVs would work and one would not even come on. But we only wanted to watch TV at night so no big issue. Great amenities. Plenty of things to do in a central location. Thank you for the stay.

We have stayed in this unit several times - Love the view- and the easy access from the room to the beach. No shoes necessary!! All the amenities you need. My only suggestion would be to upgrade to a more comfortable mattress.

Very nice 3 bedroom condo with all of the necessary amenities in Garden city. I love the keypad lock for easy entry. It was nice having tile in the entire condo. It needed a few small maintenance improvements such as light switches not working and a bathroom drawer front being totally detached. Also the master bedroom mattress is thin and not very comfortable.
