My family had the best fsmily vacation at thr Senatical the week of June 2i - June 28, 2024. We theoughly enjoyed thr home which was vwry clean when we arrived and was very beautiful. We were very satisfied with this house. The inside was bigger than I thought. I like the layout of the house. We enjoyed the Great outdoors space as well as the underneath concrete. I love the front porch. I had coffee on the beach every morning.

Everything described about this property is 100% accurate including the amenities like an awesome hot tub to wind down your beach day! Unit was spotless and we would recommend this property to anyone not concerned about being on top 15th floor. The view is amazing, but I would not be comfortable on that floor w/ small children or a service pet (pets are not allowed).
We loved the ocean front balcony, easy beach access, walks at night on beach and an relaxing stroll to our favorite restaurant the Conch Cafe. What a great start to our trip eating there on the ocean facing deck our first night we were too tired to grocery shop. Just a short 1.5 mile drive and you can grab your groceries at Garden City Kroger we love too while you shop sipping your Starbucks and you are all set for an amazing week being barefoot as much as possible!!
*You really don't ever need to leave, but if you crave some excitement we recommend Crazy Sister Marina for Dolphin cruise or Dolphin Jet Ski trip we have done for last three years.

Roanoke

The staff at Garden City Realty was fabulous. The only issues of our trip were the TV in the living room, although we didn't watch much TV, and that the AC upstairs didn't cool quite as much as we'd like. However,the location, house, pool, and everything else was wonderful.

It was nice, two problems the A/C was not equal, if you tried to get the living room cool the bedrooms were like freezers, the dishwasher needs replacing when open the door goes to the floor, we washed dishes by hand. I did leave my good pillow down there but not going back to get it.we had good time friends that own condo 22 were down.

Two Problems - both bedroom doors facing ocean would not stay closed. Had to block both double doors with chairs for the entire week. Those doors need to be fixed.

This is the first time we have stayed with Garden City Realty. It was a great experience. Loved the automatic lock and towels and sheets being included in the rental. The unit was wonderful and well furnished and decorated. We will be back!

We brought 13 of our family to the Myrtle Beach area for a family vacation. All 6 of our grandchildren, ages 13 -5 were experiencing the ocean for the first time. We chose this house because it was right on the beach but also had a pool, which we all enjoyed immensely! The accommodations were perfect for our size family. We never felt cramped and it had plenty of space to spread out. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed. The only thing we could have used is a small supply of cleaning products so we could clean up through out the week without having to go purchase those. We would definitely recommend this property and hope we can use it again in the future. Garden City Realty were great to deal with and always very responsive when we had a question prior to our arrival. We never had a problem during our stay so did not need to contact them during our week there. Would highly recommend this company!

The only negative is that we killed three cockroaches inside the house. I had a condo in Murrells INLET FOR TEN year and never seen one round my property. I believe that is because we had a bug service

We had a very nice week. Condo was very clean and spacious. The condo was very dated, still has carpet in most rooms. But the cleanliness of the condo was fabulous. The parking is gated which was wonderful. Only issue with parking started midweek and our second car didn’t have parking space in the extra lot. The pools are very nice. Grounds are nice and clean. The condo has an ice maker which is wonderful.

The unit was perfect for me and my husband! Very neat and clean! The only thing I will complain about is the parking. We had no parking spot for two whole days. Thank goodness we have some friends that own a house three blocks away. Once we finally got a parking spot we were scared to leave, knowing we would lose it. We saw many vehicles parked without a parking pass. If you don't have a parking pass or don't have it where it is visible, then tow the vehicle or the resort needs a overflow parking area, just a suggestion.
