We spent the first weeek of September at Surfmaster and throughly enjoyed our time there. The building is well maintained and the pool area is wonderful. Our condo was clean and well stocked with appliances. We weren't too sure about renting a first floor condo but the view was beautiful. Even with the hot tub being located close to our deck, we weren't too bothered. It's just a little unfortunate the night light comes on at around 8 and doesn't shut off until 10 pm which kind of distracts from the view sitting on the deck but I know it is for security purposes. It looks like the condo has been upgraded recently which was very nice. Now all that needs to be done is to replace the dishwasher and sofa which would put this condo at a 10+

The condo was in excellent shape. Everything was clean. The kitchen is very, very well equipped. The only criticism is that the be in the master bedroom was really soft. The deck was wonderful - so large.

The condo could have used a coat of fresh paint and the water needs someone to check the loud pipes! That was our only negative. The beds were so comfortable, which is hard for me to find! Also loved the automatic shades. Very helpful to shade us from the sun, but still allow for a view of the water!

We stayed in this house a few years back and the updates are very nice. We enjoyed being on the inlet and across the street from the beach. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the wildlife in the backyard.

Great trip! Bed was very comfortable. The unit adequately apponted. The only complaint was when we arrived the living room had been smoked in by prior renters and was very noticable.

Such a beautiful home in a great location. One of the best things about this home was the pellet ice maker. It made beach days a breeze when filling up our coolers.

2nd time staying here first time was on top floor this time on 2nd floor. Both stays was wonderful. I believe I found my summer getaway every year. Absolutely loved it. I got here to early this time and I recommend not planning on getting in any sooner because they need time for cleaning and inspection. They was very patient with all my calls because I was hoping to get in sooner. Next year I know better which wasn't any big deal for me.

Condo was very nice and comfortable for 2. Having the closet to put beach chairs in was a huge plus. The only complaints is that the bed in the bedroom was tight to walk around and the washer and dryer had been pulled out of the laundry room due to the storms the week before and we’re not put back for our use until late in the week. Other than that I would recommend and will definitely return.

Property mgr got pool maintenance out on Labor Day to get hot tub fixed, a feature that is very important to family members who leave Tuesday.

We had 11 people in our family and the space was good. Be aware there is only one common area- open kitchen/dining/living room- so if you like more spaces to be alone inside without using your bedroom, this may be a factor for you. Overall, house was clean (light fixtures and blinds were very dirty), at least one mattress should be replaced(back bedroom), great supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. A step stool would be helpful to reach the top kitchen cabinets. The LR TV IS a smart TV, the outside shower is great BUT no water pressure so getting sand off is a challenge. We were missing a dining room chair and the LR furniture is ok, it is fairly worn out. It’s the pool guy comes on Wednesday- we had no notice if that and were surprised when he walked in to the pool area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The beach is great!!

We have been staying at Surfmaster for the past 15 years, but this was our first time in this unit (604). The condo was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our week there and would book it again.

We had an amazing time. Not only did we have fabulous weather, but the home was everything we expected and more. Not the biggest or fanciest house but very clean, well-stocked kitchen, enough space for 15 of us. Right on the beach in an understatement. I could almost reach the sea from my bedroom window. The pool was great. We all loved and enjoyed our stay. I think the only thing I would have enjoyed was a propane grill. Just easier to use but it did not subtract from How much we loved this home.

It was a very clean condo and good size for 2-4 people. The bed was not comfortable and the blind in window lets too much light in the bedroom, other than that we enjoyed our stay and will be back to surfmaster in the future
