Our room was ready ahead of schedule,which was great. Our room had a combo lock so we could go directly to the room. The room was probably the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. I feel this was due to using Garden City Realty, who has their own cleaning service. The resort is so convenient...you can sit at the pool deck and still feel like you are on the beach. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas. I took 30 steps from the pool deck to my beach chair. The ocean washed over my feet at high tide! This is definitely one of the best vacations for the books. I will definitely use Garden City Realty again and stay at The Waters Edge!!

I hate to even give it a good review and take the chance of everyone knowing what a treasure this is. CLEAN and SPACIOUS!!! We had a small issue with a toilet seat and they were there within an hour and had it fixed. and super friendly at the same time.

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed in this unit and we’ve loved it each time. Previously, it hasn’t stopped us from being a return renter, but this time it was worse than the other stays. The master bedroom was (what felt like) 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo, again we were aware, but loved the unit so we chose to stay again this year.
Also, cleaning could be a little more in depth as we found mail clippings on the bathroom counter.

Very nice stay at Surfmaster 1009. The unit was immaculate with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Would definitely stay here again. The Surfmaster building is well kept up with enough parking.

We loved our condo!!! It was in a perfect location. We loved having the corner unit where we were only a few steps to the beach. The condo was very spacious, clean, and had all the necessary kitchen gadgets that we needed. I always bring certain things from home, but it wasn’t necessary in this unit.Will definitely want to stay here again. A downfall was that the description said there were 4 TVs which would have covered all the bedroom. However, one bedroom tv wasn’t connected and maintenance said the property managers wouldn’t approve or pay for 4. Also, the tvs were difficult to operate and there were no instructions. Overall it was great

We have been coming to Garden City and the Surf Master for at least 10 years and it has become our favorite place to vacation. My children are grown and still come with us they love it so much. The views from the penthouse are just spectacular. We love the unit through and through. It has become our happy place. Can't wait to return next year.

Whole family loved the house, the ease of check-in/check-out and meeting the charming owners. The size of the house was perfect. The pool was refreshing and the backyard surprisingly private. Loved sitting on the back balcony watching the wildlife on the marsh. And everything was so clean!

You like rocking in your chairs on your front porch? Well.... this place has 4 beautiful wooden rocking chairs and a view to the ocean and the sunrises are just beautiful! Equipped with everything you need from pots & pans, dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster, towels, linens, washer & dryer, a wet bar, ice maker, beach chairs, swimming pool floats, games, private pools (2). You name it....they have it. Thank you so much Surf Master 511 for our beautiful vacation. We will be back again soon.
