The Wi-Fi router and modem transformer plugs kept falling out of the socket. They were too heavy placed that way. They should have been placed in a power strip on the floor. This caused numerous outages and we had to keep replacing the plugs.

A kitchen cabinet door came off its hinge and almost struck one of us in the head. We had to call maintenance.

A safety hand bar should be placed in the master shower.

Housekeeping should keep up with the mold buildup in the master shower.

We had a great stay at the Jim Mel Lou rental house. It is very quiet in the area it is in. There is very few people on the beach when we were there. This made the 3rd year we have stayed there and we plan on staying again next year.

Very nice condo right on the beach. Very clean and well-equipped. Lovely view of the ocean from the balcony. Loved the tile floors although we had to regularly sweep up the sand! A couple of suggestions- the living room couch is a bit tired, and the primary bedroom’s mattress/box spring was loud and uncomfortable. But overall the unit is well-maintained. We would stay here again.

Overall It was a very good experience. Only complaints were chairs at the table were in need of repair (very wobbly). We stabilized a couple. The blinds could use some repair.
Something to consider: safety bars would be very beneficial in the shower. It may prevent some falls.

ALWAYS A JOYFUL PLACE TO STAY FOR THE PAST YEARS. GREAT LOCATION, PLENTY OF SPACE, FULL STOCKED KITCHEN AND WELL KEPT UP. THE TV & NUMEROUS REMOTES CAN MAKE IT CHALLENGING AT TIME. ALSO FOR SOME REASON THIS YEAR, THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER SPECIALLY, WAS WEAK. BUT OVERAL.....LOVE THE PLACE AND CONSIST EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. ALREADY BOOKED FOR NEXT YEAR AND COUNTING THE DAYS.

This house is the perfect location between pier and inlet. We enjoyed our stay and loved the house. It is older and not as updated as some but it is perfect for a beach stay. We spent most of our time on the beach or on the screened in porch. It is very roomy out there with plenty of chairs for everyone. We have talked about staying here again next time. The customer service at Garden City Realty os also the best and we always use them when visiting Garden City.

Our first time at One Ocean Place 409. Absolutely beautiful! Property was exactly as described. Very clean and well-maintained. The only problem was the Tv in living room. Would have been nice to have a "cheat" sheet on how to navigate everything. Took awhile but we got it. We loved it so much, we are booked for next year. The owner should be proud of this condo. Can't wait for next year.

A very nice unit. Well equipped.
A few minor complaints-water pressure in kitchen was way too low and took a long time to get hot water. Sliding door to deck is difficult to use. One mattress upstairs was stained as was the mattress pad.

Unit 203 is very nice. Good location w/ parking. Could use a little TLC. Carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. Balcony furniture needs to be upgraded, very 60's.Coffee maker could be upgraded, looks worn out and could get a combo coffee maker/ Keurig maker. L.R. chairs are in need of replacement. Look old.
