This is the 2nd time that we stayed in 1108. We really enjoyed both of our stays. The condo was updated, clean, and well-equipped with everything that we needed. The elevators were quick and easy to use for a building of this size. The views were amazing! Wow! The only problem that we had was with parking. We should have had two parking spots with the 3 bedroom unit that we rented, but many times there were no parking spots left at the end of the evening. We and many others were left to park on the street. Thank goodness we found a spot and didn’t get a ticket. So for our stay, parking was a challenge and inconvenient. Other than that, it was perfect!

We had a wonderful time. We have stayed in this complex before. Very nice and covenant. There is no carpet anymore either. The bed was very comfortable. We had a great time and would recommend this place. Also very good to have bathroom you can use in the lobby. The place is very well taken care of.

We had a very good trip this year. It was our first time renting a condo and was much more convenient. The condo was gorgeous very clean and spacious. The only problem we had was parking. The spaces were very tight. Checking in was easy we just went straight in. Its a beautiful location. The next bldg down is the Conch House. It is very casual and the food and the service were superb. I will definitely book with Garden City Realty again.

We’ve stayed in many homes along Surfside, Garden City and Murrells Inlet, but Sunset Dreams is our new favorite of them all. It’s beautifully decorated and you just feel at home time you walk in the door. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could possibly need to prepare your favorite meals. We loved dinner on the back porch, and fishing from the dock. We can’t wait to get back to Sunset Dreams. We already booked for next year.

Overall the house was nice and met our needs. The kitchen could use a few more items, for example we had to purchase a frying pan and a spatula to use for the week. Also, we were a little sad about the size of the pool. As a family we like to play games like water volleyball, but the pool for this home was a bit small for those types of activities. With this being said the kids loved having a place to splash around and we still made great use of our pool! Our last wish was that there was a sidewalk leading to the beach to walk safely, but cars were accommodating to us as we went to and from the beach.

We tried a different area of Myrtle Beach and we were very pleased with our choice. The unit was recently redone and very nice. Loved the rockers on the balcony.

The house was just the right size for our family of 7. The place was super clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was excellent and being far away from the crowded areas was great. We’ll likely stay again!

Open, clever design and layout. Solid construction and maintenance. Beautiful view. Good beach with enough surf to be definitely entertaining. And freedom from the spring break yahoo crowd despite being one of Garden City's larger scale properties. We like this place a lot and will continue as longtime repeat customers.

Place was nice, met our needs. Furniture was a bit uncomfortable and dated, kitchen was useful but dated. Beautiful view of the ocean and fireworks.

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed in this house. It has a wonderful view of the marsh and has a short walk to the beach. The property was cleaned and ready when we arrived. The realty company does a good job keeping you informed about your stay.
We were able to take our 2 dogs and they enjoyed the beach also. I would recommend this property to anyone just don't pick the same week as us for next year cause we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay! Our view was perfect! We loved sitting outside to watch the sunrise, eat meals, and just relax. The closeness to the beach was very convenient. Our condo was very spacious and our kids loved the bunk beds. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking. We would stay there again though.
