This was one of the best vacations we have experienced in a long time. Penthouse B did not disappoint. The views are outstanding the condo is very comfortable and cozy. It felt like home away from home. Garden City realty is always great to deal with, and they called to ensure we were well taken care of. I would definitely stay in Penthouse B again.

Had a wonderful time even if it did rain Monday & Tuesday! Enjoyed staying at D-D's. This condo sits beside a pond of water & it was very relaxing watching the wildlife. Was also a very good 2025 Fall Bike Week Rally! Loving every minute of it!! See ya in Spring 2026!

Overall this place is nice. We have stayed here for 15 years, with the exception of 1. We did have a few times we had to call maintenance. Twice for the air and once for the dryer. They answered quickly and professional.

We loved the inlet house! Extremely clean and spacious. The location was perfect not far away from what we wanted to see but yet quiet and comfortable. The house was well stocked with anything we needed for cooking and making life comfortable there. The porch looking out the inlet was spectacular and comfortable. The dock was amazing. Our family and friends caught fish and gave a whole new beach experience. Again I highly recommend this place !!!! And Garden Reality was wonderful to work with!

This is the second year we rented this property. We love the building with an extra security. We love the location, which is out of all the craziness of regular Myrtle Beach and their very quick walk from our unit to the beach! The unit has been renovated nicely. My favorite thing is the view of the ocean while sitting in my bed! My only complaint is in the year 2025. I can’t believe that we have to use ice trays constantly, and make our own ice! Please add an icemaker to the refrigerator!
