Stephens City

We had a wonderful stay! The pictures were exactly as advertised, and the house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were especially comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week.

The beach was amazing, and on several days it wasn’t crowded at all, which made it even more enjoyable. We also loved the keyless entry, the ample parking, and how quiet the area was. We never had a single problem during our stay.

Our only recommendation would be to trim the bushes along the walkway to the beach. If you’re sitting on the porch, the beach view is partially blocked by the overgrown bushes.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again! It’s also conveniently located near all the places we love to visit every year.

We have stayed in many hotels in main and north MB over the years. This Condo rental was the best hands down. The location in Garden City was very nice. The design of the unit was excellent with the extra glass windows for a larger ocean view. The furniture and furnishings were great quality also.

The house is truely a home away from home. My family felt so relaxed and comfortable. It was big enough to accomodate everyones needs. I really can't say enough about the house and its beauty. We were so impressed with the layout of the house especially the pool. It was like your own oasis. Perfect location to get to the connector or to go a small ride to Murrells marsh walk. Which was our favorite. Walks in the neighborhood at night even felt safe. People walk in the mornings and waved safety was never a concern. Did I mention that it was appreciated you can take your dog a big bonus for us. It was not super close to the beach but it was great for families. Quiet little neighborhood was what we needed after a long day. No worries about not being close though because the drive to the FREE parking was an very short drive. And I mean short. After going to the beach we packed the car up and then enjoyed the shops and ice cream until we decided to go back to the house. The arcade in the town attached to the ice cream shop was by far the best. We have been to Mrytle beach a few times in the past but Garden City was so far our absolute favorite. The vibe of the town itself was the best and this house just made it worth it all the more. We would most definety book again. Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful place ❤️

This will be our 4th stay at this property. Always clean, quiet and a spectacular view of the beach. Very close to restaurants and other activities. We will be renting again next year.

We celebrated the 4th of July. Home was as pictured and very clean. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked perfect on the first and second floor. Nice layout and the views are amazing. Will book again.

Overall the experience was amazing other then our ac going out which was fixed eventually and the construction blocking off beach access. But the location and cleanliness of the unit was perfect would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved this property. Everything was so clean and decorated so cute. We had views of the beach from the front porch and inlet access and breathtaking views from the screened in back porch. We cooked several times and had all of the dishes and cooking utensils/appliances that we needed. We already booked for next year. Also, we have been so spoiled for the last 10 years renting a few houses down but I was very pleased with this property and experience. Garden City Realty was exceptional. The only drawback was no washer and dryer. That would be so very helpful and I hope they install one before next year so we do not have to go to the laundromat.

The problem we had was tv was not working in living room and in twin beds room. we had to call for tech service to come and fixed. He was able to fix the tv later in afternoon. The outdoor strings lights and outside fans were not working so the tech service called to have someone to come and fix the problem the next day. I was planning to cook on gas grilled and it was so gross I was not able to cook on the grill. I had to cooked from the kitchen stove. But other than that It was great nights to eat out at different restaurants.

Salado

WE have stayed in this condo for about 7 years so we know it well. This time they had added throw rugs which were light weight so they would slide easy and tripped us all the time. Not good addition to condo.

Browns Summit

This house fits our family of (14). Perfect location and beach is not crowded and has easy access to beach. Only thing I would add would be the rocking chairs on the balconies. There were not there but were in the past.
