The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. It was relaxing to lay in bed and listen to the ocean waves. We had a great week at the beach and enjoyed staying in this condo.

Second year renting. Have enjoyed it each year. Nice, clean, affordable. We vaca in the fall time to pick oysters, fish and enjoy time at the beach. Great time each year. Really wish there was a big table in first floor area. Also, since we fish, wish there was a sink on the dock to clean the catch and wash off. Enjoyed

We had rented Marlin Quay 104 as a last-minute decision. The rental process was fairly simple, folks at the agency were top notch. We were lucky to snag a condo with a view of the marina. The place was very clean, roomy and comfortable. We did have two small issues, nothing to warrant not coming back, which were reported to the agency. Planty of attractions nearby, two restaurants right next door. We highly recommend staying at the Marlin Quay.

Sunset Cabana was as beautiful as was pictured. Spacious and nicely decorated inside with all the wonderful outdoor space, pool and hot tub is the real treat! Was clean and well maintained. Garden City Realty is very easy to work with and checked on us several times to see if we were satisfied or if we needed anything. We have stayed in other houses in Garden City and this one is a gem. Will definitely return.

Thankfully, Hurricane Imelda changed her mind and her direction at the very last minute. The rental manager sent regular updates about the weather and answered all questions as we nervously planned our trip. A beautiful space and the perfect view--as close as you can be and not in the water! Property was spotless and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you'd need to prepare a full meal. It's located in a quite area south of Myrtle Beach, but close enough to drive there for attractions--which is what we wanted--but with several good restaurants within a mile or two. Beds were comfortable and property was kept clean. Great pool and easy entrance from beach and from parking. We loved the easy entrance with NO keys! Thank you for the much-needed relaxing week with no complaints.

It was an ok condo, kinda dirty, dust was heavycand wheb we swept shortly after we got there we got a pile of what looked like dog hair. It needs some big time attention, like the walls and most of the cupboards need painted, including the bathroom cupboards. Other than that the furniture was comfortable, the bed was nice and the appliances were good. If I was an owner I would definitely get down to do a deep clean and painting.

We had a great stay at 602 Reflections. The property was clean and the amenities were beyond expectations. The view was like none other and the privacy was fantastic. We only had a couple of issues. The TVs in the main floor bedroom and den were affected by the opposing remotes. also the tub shower in the master bathroom was a tad dangerous to get in and out of. Other than those two minor things it was the best stay we ever had. Will return!

We love this rental. It is perfect for the dogs with the fenced in back yard. There is plenty of space for everyone. It is close to everything we like. We will keep coming back. Love the new pool too.
