Scott's Blessing worked very well for our large family. It was great that every bedroom had its own bathroom. I also liked that it had two sitting areas, one downstairs by the pool and the other by the kitchen. It gave people space to spread out. The location was great being about 2 blocks from the beach and a mile from Hwy 17, a grocery store and other stores. The heated pool was a big hit! The only comment I would have was that there were no beach towels. I probably missed that in the listing, but it would have been nice to know before arrival. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The location was great being about 2 blocks from the beach. There are some signs of wear and tear. Overall, though a very nice place. The only other comment would be that there were no beach towels. That was probably stated in the listing and I just missed it. However, I definitely would have appreciated having that information before arrival. Overall a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed a relaxing week again at One Ocean Place unit 1202. The unit is beautifully furnished with modern design in the kitchen and bathrooms. Sunrises were spectacular from the north east veranda.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Balcony was great with beautiful view of ocean and sunrise. It was cozy and exactly as pictured. Rental company was so nice and very helpful.

We were very happy with our stay at Seasider and our experience with Garden City Realty! We didn’t have parking passes when we arrived and we called the after hours number and were provided parking passes within 10 minutes even though it was almost 10pm. My only complaint is parking is not ideal, but not really anyone’s fault or can be helped just limited space. Beach access was amazing though. We were overall happy!

This is our 5th or 6th year and we love this condo and this unit. The view is incredible and being on the south side provides longer sun time as well as the sunset. As in other reviews, the unit needs some updating, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the new furniture on the balcony, but as noted there are 2 chairs starting to rip, should check the warranty. Thank you for sharing your home with us every year! Already booked for 2026!!

We couldn’t have been happier with The Metzler! It was perfect in so many ways; the layout, the pool/hottub, and most of all - the incredible view. We loved having our own beach access to walk out to a never crowded beach. Great location and so well stocked with everything you might need. We are already looking forward to staying here again!

Let me first start by saying this is a beautiful home. Everything was as pictured on line. The kitchen had plenty of room for more than one person to cook in. It was well stocked with all you need (even a nice selection of spices to cook with). The house itself was very clean. I usually bring my own cleaning supplies to do a once over with. However it was not necessary. Housekeeping did an A+ job. There were little boxes filled with toiletries in every bathroom (the usual stuff ie. shampoo , conditioner ) that was a nice touch. As they are usually just placed on the counters. The linens are wrapped an placed on the bed. So you have to make your own bed. I did not mind this as it gave an added sense of cleanliness. There is an elevator in the main bedroom that goes down to the parking area. This was nice to use for the luggage. The pool is very nice and there is a shower there as well. I e for rinsing after a swim or returning from the beach. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom in the main bedroom has a nice wide seat in it. Great for relaxing after a long day. The house is not even a 5 minute walk from the beach. The neighborhood was nice an relatively quiet. We will definitely book this house again. We booked through VRBO but you can
book through Garden City Realty. As we will next time. I also want to mention that we booked Friday - Sunday and decided to stay an extra day (as this was my birthday weekend). Silvy(I hope I spelled your name correctly ��) was such a sweetheart. It was her day off and she still answered and was able to extend our stay. YOU ROCK SILVY!!!!!
Also the housekeeping staff left a basket of essentials , toys ,bubbles, pool Floats just to name a few. I have never in all my 53 years of traveling received anything from housekeeping. So to the housekeeping team we appreciate you!!!!

Location of condo was awesome and the entire unit was equipped with everything and anything you might need. Plenty of dishes, games, books etc with an absolutely breathtaking and relaxing view of the ocean. Would come back in a heartbeat!!!!

Fantastic stay. Location, Location, Location and you can't get any better than this unless a beach front stay is what you came for. Surrounded by beautiful and ancient Spring Oak Trees and set in a carefully manicured landscape is your very clean, comfortable and well-appointed vacation stay. It's also in a location that is quite literally a stone's throw from prestigious Wachesaw Plantation Country Club's tennis courts, swimming pool and clubhouse. The overall property is situated conveniently close to Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park and Murrells Inlet boardwalk restaurants. We'll be back!!

From the Rental Company to the actual location was a great experience. The house was everything we expected and more. The Rental Company’s employees were all awesome and the gift basket left for the guests was extremely thoughtful. I definitely recommend this place.
