Fall Break trip for 14 year old. He loved fishing off the dock. Great for low key stay. Unit needs a hair dryer, but otherwise was equipped as expected. GCR responded super to need for back door fix.

South Point

This is one of our favorite condominiums that we have stayed in. Perfect ocean front. Windows floor to ceiling. No need for an elevator which makes this a prime location for my Father in law that requires handicap access. Like having a house on the beach.

This condo is beautifully decorate. Nicely upgraded. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Ned’s were comfortable. I highly recommend staying in this condo. The views from this condo are so much better than the other rooms cause it’s an end unit so you can see clear down the beach.
My only small suggestion is it would have been nice to have a small vacuum or even a decent broom to use.
There was a broom in the condo, but it was not functional (the bristles were all messed up).

Wonderful covered porch, dog friendly. Only downside is a small kitchen and no dishwasher but didn’t need it. Well stocked with pans, utensils,and coffee pot.

This was the 5th time renting the property & as usual, it was wonderful. The kitchen is more than fully stocked, ice maker & hot tub were in great working order. Every little accommodating detail was noticed & appreciated. Each year, the owners add something additional to update it such as new bedspreads. We will continue to rent this property.

Lovely four bedroom townhouse on the beach. The unit sits back a little but still has view of the ocean and the sunrise. Just steps away from the pool and the ocean access. It was very convenient to bring our gear down to the beach every day. The place is very tastefully decorated and clean! We would definitely stay here again!!

Georgetown

2nd year stay same place. Right on the beach so have views rain or shine. Short drive to great restaurants, never having to go out on hwy 17. House furnishings are nice with larger Smart TV in main living space. Will have to provide own condiments if eating in since not really any available. Very close to grocery stores, ice cream shops, breakfast goodies.... Would gladly stay there again!

This was a Memorial Trip for our parents that most always stayed in 210 for years. Sorta like home for our family. The only thing that bothered me was the sliding glass doors would not lock.

Great view of the sunrise, the beach, and the ocean! Rental property was clean and well taken care of. Furnished nicely, bedrooms comfortable. Couch cushions were not comfortable ( all needed to be replaced). Patio furniture was limited and all cushions also needed to be replaced

Robin at Garden City Realty was excellent, the condo was exactly what was shown online. Robin always made her self available and answered all questions prior to our arrival. We were very pleased with the location and cleanliness.The only recommendation would to put restrooms somewhere in the parking level , would be very convenient when using pool and hottub.Would highly recommend this condo and using Robin as she will help you find what your looking for.

Our family of 8 had a very comfortable stay in this unit. It was clean, well stocked, roomy and in a great location. Pool was clean and great for the kids. Parking was a little tight for larger vehicles.
