Great location on Garden City beach. It is beautiful to look at the ocean and the inlet from the balconies. I appreciated the walk up the stairs, and others used the elevator, so everyone was happy.
We were disappointed with the appliances; the dishwasher did not clean or dry the dishes.

This was our 17th year staying at OOP and this was one of the nicest rooms we have rented. Only suggestion would be more seating. The living room only seats 4 adults and the patio only has seating for 2.

Our stay was part of a larger family reunion spread across four nearby homes, and this property was the perfect fit. We loved being right on the beach without the crowds, and the private pool was a fantastic bonus. The relaxed, comfortable furnishings matched the vacation vibe perfectly, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed—including an in-house ice maker, which we used constantly. We did experience an A/C issue at the start of our stay, but the management team responded quickly and had it repaired the same day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly book this property again.

One Ocean Place is a beautiful place for a vacation. This apartment was the best and we have stayed at a few others in the building. The furniture and appliances are comfortable. The apartments are clean and are a pleasure to live in. Our favorite activity is every day on the beach. We love sun, sand and surf. Having an ocean front is the best.

We had an excellent time. The rental experience was very easy. We got a call when the unit was ready (way before 4 pm) and had the code to get in. Check out was just as simple; I just called when we left. We had one issue with the toilet and when I called, someone was out within 20 minutes to fix it. Overall wonderful experience.

This is our 6th stay at Surf Master. We choose a different condo every year and alway on the first and 2nd floor so we don't have to wait for the elevator. This year we went higher to experience the ocean from a different view. This condo was in great shape and was recently renovated. The only negative is that the kitchen was missing a lot of things we used on a day to day basis including cookie sheets, cereal/soup bowls, coffee mugs (there were only 5), pyrex dishes for casseroles and it says in the description that is has a Keurig and it doesn't. Renters should bring their own paper towel, toilet paper, ziploc bags and plastic wrap/foil. We would definitely stay here again.

Yearly Garden City Beach vacay #20+ was great and relaxing as usual. There were many nice surprises this year as multiple upgrades had been performed on the unit (Royal Garden 1610) we have rented for years. We especially appreciated the new balcony door and the new master bedroom window!As always, the staff at Garden City Realty give excellent service, also!

Overall the house was great!! Some concerns...
Need grips in bottom of tubs... very slick and fall hazard.
Rolling table in living room... needs to be replaced with table with no wheels... not very toddler friendly.
