I would recommend this to everyone once the netting on the balcony is taken off! The point of paying for ocean front is to view the ocean from the balcony. The netting was a huge disappointment as it obviously made it harder on the eyes to view the ocean since the chairs on the balcony didn't come above the railing. That should be something that should be told to renters up front. I would not have confirmed renting this condo if I would have known. Just a little side note too, the master bedroom mattress is extremely hard and not my cup of tea but l'm sure others would be fine with it. I didn't request this for next year because of these issues.

It was an A- experience. The deck and hot tub were awesome !! No 5* A+ rating due to a few issues. The due to a few issues. In 1st bedroom to the left, the far outlets by the bed did not work. The dishwasher had to be repaired. The main sliding door in family room going to deck did not work properly and was off the track. A new door had to be replaced middle of the week. Also, for a penthouse, all bathrooms were somewhat small with no bathroom that I would deem a Master Bath

When we arrived in Murrells Inket 2 hours early, we received a call that the property was ready! This made for a great start ! The rental was spotless and several nice upgrades had been made. Will be back!

Our stay was great! The view was amazing! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we would have liked was additional trash bag liners, toilet paper and paper towels. We were provided with one of each for a week-long stay which meant another trip to the local store. We enjoyed the Marsh Walk -especially Dead Dog Saloon. We would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Channel of Blessings. Overall the house was perfect for our group of 13. The sleeping arrangements were perfect and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor kitchen was an awesome plus as we used it multiple times to prepare meals poolside. A couple items that could be improved upon though. The main floor couch/sofa has reached the end of its life and could use replaced. And we noticed that the pool got very cloudy and were told by the pool technician that the skimmer line is broken. They did come and clean and treat the pool so it was ok. Upon arrival we did discover several dirty dishes from previous occupants which was unsettling but we got through it. All in all the house is in an awesome location and the views couldn't be any better over the Inlet.

The Beach House in Garden City is a great place to stay. Garden City Reality is very helpful and easy to book online. The Beach and surrounding areas are nice and clean . I highly recommend the Beach House.

Beautiful house, very close to the beach. We really enjoyed our week and will definitely consider staying here again. We loved the backyard and the pool.

The only concern we had were the steps from the 1st to 2nd floor. They definitely need to do addressed and fixed.

If you’re looking for the perfect location to food, music and beach look no further than Piper’s Retreat. We had the best location to everything my adult children wanted to do. We could walk to the Farmers Market on Tuesday and an Art and Craft Fair on Thursday. It was just a short walk to the Beach, icy drinks, homemade ice cream and great restaurants. I recommend renting bicycles for a peaceful sunrise or sunset ride. The house has everything you need to cook a meal, coffee in the morning or just a place to keep all your drinks cold for your beach day. The outside shower is perfect for rinsing off before entering the house. Having three full bathrooms inside was a huge bonus to our trip. We brought a small dog and we had plenty of room for us and five adults, This is a great value for your money.
