This condo at One Ocean Place was awesome, nicely decorated and clean. It accommodated all our needs while vacationing.the location is ideal for restaurants, shopping and beach activities. I highly recommend One Ocean Place and Garden City Reality was very good to work with. They were most helpful.

PR was fantastic ! So many lovely, nicely appointed bedrooms...AND...
each of them had their own bathroom! Our Girls Weekend of eight people were truly comfortable. The common areas were very comfy, large kitchen, huge dining table & plenty of seating for watching TV. The back patio view was to die for. We enjoyed seeing the marsh & bird life. The stairs, however, were a bit of a challenge for the elderly guests, but, it helped to have bedrooms on the main level.

What a charming little cottage with the best view overlooking the marsh! One thing that caught me by surprise: housekeeping didn’t make the beds but did supply clean linens. First time I have ever had to make beds upon arrival when renting with Garden City Realty.

Two weeks in late October at Pierside Paws with wife and pooch was delightful. The location was perfect and the weather beautiful.The home is beautiful and clean and has every amenity we could want.

You cannot go wrong with GCR

GCR is truly the best. The crew of the Owner's office is very responsive to concerns and questions and professional, patient, and kind. In the Maintenance department, Dan is the best. Maggie runs a great cleaning team and is always flexible with our needs and requests. You cannot go wrong with GCR.

There is a childproof cover on the front doorknob. Three adults could not open the door. Please remove when your child is not present.

The switch on the lamp next to the king size bed needs to be repaired. We could not turn the light on.

The home is lovely. The rooms are decorated in keeping with the location. I especially loved the master & the kids room. I chose the room facing the beach. Honestly you can’t go wrong in any of them. There were a few hiccups however I must say they took care of them quickly & very all were everyone was very gracious about it.
