This condo has the best kitchen. It's been updated and works well. The bathroom floors, toilets,and vanities have been updated. The master bath would be better with an updated shower. I also would prefer all floors without carpet. But you couldn't beat the views. Can sit in the living room and feel like you're at the beach. Absolutely stunning views!

All aspects of Garden City Realty as a rental company was a great experience: friendly representatives, excellent communication, complete guidance for a trouble free vacation rental.

The unit, however, was disappointing in that there was virtually nothing provided for the guests. It was clean...but there was nothing to use to wipe down anything or clean in any way. There were four tissues in an almost empty box, two half rolls of toilet paper, and almost no paper towels on a roll. No beach items at all. No ice or water dispenser on the fridge. One trash bag other than the trash bag in the container. Guests will need to go shopping immediately upon arrival. This may be the standard situation for most rentals, but my previous experiences at SurfMaster were very different.

I have stayed at other rentals in this building (using other rentals methods) that provided much more in the way of basic items. I am not sure if this has to do with the actual owner of the property, but someone should provide just a little more to guests in the way of basic supplies and beach items.

The beds were not the most comfortable, but there were plenty of linens, towels and washcloths available. The coffee maker was fine.

In the future, I would likely choose a different unit if others were available...for comparison purposes, if nothing else.

BH217 is very nice. Perfect view and distance from the ocean. Not too far from the pier and main business area but far enough that you can't hear the music at night. Beds are very comfortable. We would definitely look to stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised to walk in to the condo this year and see it was totaled renovated! Beautifully done! Realty company was great and quickly responded to an issue we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a great condo, beautiful views and great weather!

Great time. Garden city realty staff so professional and communicates every detail from check in to the time we leave. House is amazing and has everything you need. We have a big family of different ages so all the activities the house offers met everyone's need from Fishing, Movie theater, Beach, Basketball, Pickle ball, Tennis, Ping pong, Pool, Hot tub, and my favorite the nice ice machine in the garage was perfect. Again, once you arrive no need to leave has everything. Great stay would highly recommend

Great rental. We've rented this unit several times and always had a wonderful experience. The only complaint we had this time are that the beds really need to be replaced. Extremely uncomfortable. Also the bathrooms need some upgrade/attention. Really starting to show their age. Overall though we were extremely happy with our stay.

My adult daughter and I stayed for a week and had a fantastic time....even though we didn't catch any fish from the dock. The grounds are well-kept and the Condo is very nice. Ours had a great view of the Inlet and Marsh. We will definitely stay in this Condo again !

We have been staying in this same room since 2013.We were very happy with the needed upgrades that were made since the last time that we were able to stay there.New appliances, furniture, flooring, and paint. especially were happy with the new king bed.Thanks to the owners!!!
