This condo was one of the nicest we’ve rented! The view was amazing! Watched the sun rise each morning and even watched the super moon rise over the Atlantic! The master bed was so comfy! Very roomy and decorated so nicely! Will definitely stay again!

Lovely view of the ocean directly off the balcony and the living room. There is a wonderful pool and decking available to sit and soak up the sun if you did not want the beach. Has hoses to rinse off your feet and beach equipment upon return to your space. Had all the kitchen equipment you would need for cooking but no spices or condiments. The bathroom in the hall was older but still did the job. Had an issue with the screen patio door upon arrival and called the realty company and maintenance personnel came with an hour or two and fixed it. Was very professional and courteous. There were towels for each person and bedding for sleeper couch. There are numerous restaurants just down the road along with grocery stores and gas stations. The realty company provided an entertainment booklet for things to do and see in the area. Went to Stella’s on business 17 for ice cream and to the pizza and Mexican place just down the condo road and to Little River Cafe at the same area. Do not have to go out to business 17 to enjoy these restaurants. Oh, and had a closet with beach equipment. Would check with the company to see what all they have. We used our own. Would return again.

The best unit yet! Beautifully Remodeled everything and a kitchen with everything appliance you need: blender, toaster oven, food processor, even a countertop ice maker in addition to the freezer ice maker. Ming bed in master just the right firmness. Only 3 floors up, so bypassing elevator a breeze. Truly the best 3br ever! And...Garden City’s maintenance manager Dan always remembers us and is super helpful and friendly.

Really nice two week stay. A little wet, with some remnants of Hurricane Helene. Nicely furnished. Well stocked kitchen.

This property couldn't be more perfect! The 2 bed, 2 bath condo had a fully equipt kitchen! It was spotlessly clean when we arrived! It felt so much like home! And that view!! We watched the sun rise each morning over the ocean!! It was wonderful!

Wonderful stay, description was accurate with regard to layout, amenities, location, etc. Everything was clean and well maintained, we had excellent customer service and the neighbors are great. We would definitely recommend to family or friends and would love to stay again. We had the unfortunate experience of being there through a hurricane and got lots of rain, but neighbors were very supportive and helpful and encouraged us to stay and we are very glad we did. We made the best of it!

Overall, exactly what we had hoped for to relax for a few days. The house needs a touch of fine tuning but nothing serious. A very spacious place that's quiet, close enough to local restaurants and other points of interest. We will consider staying here again if available through the courteous people at Garden City Realty ��

The Waddington House was awesome! The house was very clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Three minute walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely rent again.

Beautiful home. Spacious inside and out. The back area with hot tub, pool, covered deck and dock was great for hanging out and visiting with family. The home is located near many restaurants and shopping.
