The house was big enough and parking was perfect for both bikes and trailers. (Biggest draw) We were allowed to rent additional days, the beach was the location we prefer to walk, and we had some good seafood and weather. What more could you ask for?

Had a great time & Sea Grass was a wonderful place to stay. Sit on the porch watch the wildlife in & around the pond, heated pool, nice kitchen, tables under the house, & plenty of bedrooms w/ baths.

We have stayed at Compass Rose 3 or 4 times and had always been a great experience!! It’s always clean and has a great view of the beach and the backwater! You can see the sun rise and set!!! The pool is also very nice! We highly recommend Compass Rose!!

The house is perfect for all of your needs. Plenty of room for many people. The parking is awesome especially for multiples vehicles and trailers. You will not be disappointed.

Overall great vacation. Condo was clean and comfortable. Owner stopped by for some measurements to do further upgrades on secondary bedroom and kitchen. Kitchen is definitely ready for an update but it was functional and well equipped so no complaints from us. The view of the ocean trumps anything negative you could find. Breathtaking views! Parking and access to beach were a little complicated but it’s probably the best they could do with tight space. One hot tub was under construction while we were there but we never use it anyway so that didn’t put us out at all.

The weather was ok until are last week then we had some warmer sunny days. The view from our condo was great, the condo for us was nice the second bedroom had a bottom bunk that was full and that mattress really. should be replaced our daughter tried to sleep there but it was not comfortable. Not really the correct amt of forks we bought some and left them there. Also very few small spoons but ok. Other than that our stay was fine.
