Everything was exactly as expected per rental. Clean and enjoyable time on balcony. Convenient location. A few parking places outside the garage but inside parking was not suitable for full size vehicles. We would stay there again.

Loved the new deck. Went from AC to heat and both worked great! Loved the new air filters; kept us from sneezing. My dog was able to get out of the yard, but I couldn't figure it out. She's only 15 pounds, so it was my fault. I had problems with the below survey. Wanted to pick 5 for all questions, but not sure if that is how it was recorded.

Excellent rental process and procedure. Aptly named rental as the home was truly very cozy. The location is the beautiful and charming Wachesaw golf course neighborhood. Look forward to going back.

We enjoyed the condo 1009 at Surf Master by the sea. It has everything you need. The King bed was on the firm side. Bathroom has been remodeled. The half bath is nice to have. Kitchen is looking a little tired, but it was clean. The plastic Adirondack chairs were comfortable. We would stay again.

Fredericksburg

Rented for a week to enjoy quiet relaxation time with extended family. The home provided everything we desired. The main goal was to provide an opportunity to fish the main channel of the inlet and we were not disappointed! Really no complaints about the house.

The only downside (and a minor one) was the live music from the Marshwalk across the inlet was loud enough to be heard inside the house. Thankfully this was only on a few nights leading into the weekend (Thurs-Fri-Sat) and stopped around midnight.

We have stayed in this beautiful condo a few times and each time the owners have made some nice upgrades ! Great view from the 12th Floor Oceanfront balcony. My first choice when we return will be Unit 1209 at SurfMaster will be Unit #1209. We also book through Garden City Real Estate and on the rare occasion when there’s an issue with any Unit... it’s an immediate response !

It is a 4 bedroom house, but we didn't know that one of the bedrooms was downstairs. So that was a disappointment. We wanted to be together. The pool was very nice.
