Garden Realty was great to work with. We had to change our dates and they were able to accommodate us. They had our room ready by check in and everything was as advertised. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. We love this part of the beach and the security of this resort is great. They resort cleaned the pool and decksearly am...finishing up by 6am. The rooms are quiet, we did not hear any noise from those around us. Will definitely stay here again!

We were able to spend a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren. The home was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Perfect accommodations for our family of 5 adults. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Easily accessible to beach right across the street. Pier very close walking distance as well as a small grocery store and a few beach bars making it very convenient to walk.

This trip was a special family trip and it ended up being the best ever! We actually cried leaving the beach and condo#107.The only issue was the dishwasher was messed up and the dresser in the masterbedroom was VERY hard to open. Other than that it was amazing!

We come every year for a youth retreat at Garden City Chapel and Retreat Center. We enjoy staying off campus in a condo nearby. Garden City Realty has been so good at accommodating our location to the Retreat Center. Pam has been a great agent for us!

Great vacation. This is close to beach and area restaurants and attractions. Had what we needed inside for a weeks stay. ONLY complaint is that the TV needs to be larger. For the size of the room, TV is extremely small.

We had not been to the beach in 6 years and we planned a trip for our 20th anniversary. We had a wonderful time!The condo was great! The view was great! We


were on the 7th floor and we loved sitting out on our beach front balcony in the early morning and in the ĺate
evenings. The condo had everything we needed - in the kitchen and even beach chairs and other beach items. It was
clean and felt like home. We loved the huge oversized patio doors- they made the view so much better! We wished we could have stayed longer!!
