We come for the winter and we are never disappointed! We booked our 6 month stay and the property management company was super helpful! The property is beautiful! It was clean and had everything we needed... just like home! The view was amazing!

Well equipped kitchen for someone that loves to cook. Open living-dining area with great seating. A couple dining chairs in need of strengthening. Carpets would love to have traffic areas cleaned. The condo is light, bright and a happy space to live. Bed comfortable. Staff was exceptional. Keyless lock wouldn’t open on arrival and friendly staff arrived in minutes. Learning to gently pull on the door when entering code was so helpful. Restaurant next door and more very close. Chive Blossom in Pawleys island is a must dine if you enjoy a great experience! Garden City Realty is a win when it come to a great vacation experience!

Location and house was great. The only thing that we did not like were the barn doors at the bathroom. They literally give you no privacy.

Wonderful!!! We love the SurfMaster! This was our 1st time in this condo and on the 12th floor. The balcony and views were amazing. The unit is clean and beautifully decorated. We definitely want to stay in 1209 again.

First off it's tuff to be critical. We luv the unit. Stayed their before and hope to stay their again. But since you asked I'll give my assessment. The three things that stand out to me is I think the mattress in the main bedroom should be upgraded. It has seen better days. I would like to see is basic cable added. It would be nice to just turn on the TV and get main stream news and current events. And possible some better furniture on the outside deck. But as I said earlier it's still a great place to camp out at the beach.

It was too cool for the pool, but I would have loved to enjoy it, instead we enjoyed the back yard's fire pit

A beautiful corner of the building, quietly tucked in. We love the Sea Master, this is a nice, more secluded part of it.

Great Location, Awesome view! Condo was in good condition spacious and well maintained, Close to restaurants, The only concern is that the railing on balcony has a small opening that needs to be blocked. We had our grandchildren with us and this was a concern.
