The unit was great. Everything was as described and pleasantly surprised at updated features. The ONLY issue we had: the representative in the little office downstairs, female blonde with tatts (i have tattoos so just being descriptive), rude on 2 occasions when asking for information. Specifically about a notice for spraying for bugs, as we have a 6 month old learning to crawl. And she was an infertility baby. So a little more cautious than some about exposure. Same lady also rude when asked abour the fireworks ordinance (none as posted on the signs). But they were going off constantly Saturday night. So my daughter asked and was told “what do you want me to do about it, call the sheriff”. Call the sheriff would have been sufficient. Her overall demeanor was not to be disturbed. Other than this, we have discussed returning at some point. Loved the location, the amenities, and the atmosphere.

Great rental company. Beautiful unit with gorgeous decor. Balcony furnishings were amazing. The unit was very clean and a good location. We were unhappy with the security for waking all of us to tell me my vehicle was parked a little over the line, so park carefully!!!

This was our first time staying at Surf Master and we were very pleased with the property and, we are considering coming back next year.

The unit itself was very nice and I would recommend staying there. The only suggestion would be to maybe keep a cupboard empty in the kitchen for renters' food items. All the cupboards were filled with dishes and utensils. The location was perfect for us. The parking garage has a 6'9" clearance to get in, but it drops down to 6'3" on the ramp between the floors and our truck did not fit up the ramp. I had specifically called Garden City REalty regarding the clearance before our visit, and they had told us there would be no issues.

We came with our Daughter, Son-in-law and grandchildren. We’ve stayed in this house three times. We stay here because it has a wheelchair ramp. The house is clean, close to the beach and a great place to stay. There are plenty of bed space. We always cook and I love the kitchen. We have so many great memories that have been made here.

Always a great experience with Garden City Realty. Seamless entry/exit. We love Surf Master condos, great hosts, great facility. Will be back next year with another stay at Surf Master. Highly recommend. Two thumbs up.
