We love 306 One Ocean Place and have stayed here 5 times. The unit is always clean and features are as shown in photos and details. The updates in the master bath are amazing! The chairs that replaced the stationary hammock were a welcomed change. All the decor is beautiful. A lounge chair on the balcony would be fantastic.

Even though Hurricane Ian cut our vacation short (always get travel insurance in September), we had 11 glorious days in this great unit. Friendly neighbors and vacationers on the beach, secure parking, and a greatly stocked kitchen (crock pot, drip coffee & Kuerig, lots of pots and pans).

From the moment we opened the door the condo was everything it represents online. Gorgeous, beautiful and very comfortable for our families stay.. the only trouble was the code to open the door. But we soon received the correction.

One Ocean Place has been a good place to stay over the years. The condo we rented was in good shape and all amenities worked great. The furniture and TV were really nice for 4 people. The maintenance guy quickly helped with getting the TV started and the office staff were great to work with. Needs a Queen bed in extra bedroom. We are likely to rent this condo again.

wicker furniture is in bad shape, needs replaced with more functional living room. bed room was nice. dining room table legs are weak and lose, bathroom were nice with the exception of the sinks need caulked
