Overall, great experience at Surfmaster again. We have been coming here for 30+ years. Tried other places, but this is our favorite. The only recommendations- Penthouse F could use a couple more mirrors like one in master bedroom and one in living area. Clock would be nice in living area. A few more pictures would add personality. But overall, love it.

We loved it. The condo was great and it was close to everything. I really appreciate the Surf Master maintenance department. We have a 2 year old that could fit through the balcony rail and they came right up and put a netting up for us. So kind and considerate. The only negative we experienced was the loudness of the large AC units outside our unit. They kept some of the family awake at night. Thank you for a lovely time.

I thought the “Beach Time” rental location was a convenient and fun place for my family this year. Everything was close by.... Restaurants, new pier, shopping, night life enjoyment, personal pool , beach, etc. House was well equipped. All rooms met my expectations. . Garden City Rental was great to work with. Needed a K-cup coffee maker and they brought me one within the hour. Had a small parking issue and that too was addressed quickly. Overall, great place to spend your vacation. Thanks GCR for all your help. My family enjoyed their stay!

We have had nothing but great experiences at Surfmaster. We love the location and the cleanliness of the entire property.
This unit was very nice & we loved the updated furniture. The refrigerator was pretty rusty, but still worked fine- highly recommend updating it along with the stove. All of the bed mattresses were very firm and not very comfy for any of us. Really enjoyed being on the 1st floor!

The Beach House is a great location. Pool area is nice and deck is very spacious. It would be nice to add a few more sitting chairs. We stayed in unit 317. Unit was clean the beds are super comfy after a long day in the sun. The den furniture needs some upgrades- the cushions are worn out. Would also love some captain style chairs in the deck so you can look over the banister to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked but time to upgrade the coffee maker to a keurig.

Really nice oceanfront condo...nicely furnished, comfy king sized bed, kitchen well equipped...Most definitely would stay again...Beautiful view of a beautiful beach !!!
