Our family had a wonderful time at Seacamp. Seacamp is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. We make most of our meals and the kitchen was so well supplied with cooking and baking pans, etc.

This place provided plenty of space for our family. The only negative was the ice maker was broken and there were no ice trays to use. Maintenance came but was unable to repair it. The walk to the beach was short. There was plenty of
beach. Be prepared to walk in loose sand to get to the water.

We did a big family vacation splitting up into 3 separate condos within Surfmaster. My condo was 202 and walking in, it was very clean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchen and kitchen appliances were very nice, balcony was so relaxing, and the living space was nice for kids to play. I would definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful overall experience at the Miller Villa! We were a bit disappointed that the beds were not made up prior to our visit and that linens were dropped off, instead. We were far enough away from Garden City Pier so that our beach wasn't overcrowded during one of the busiest weeks of the year. The house has great "old beach" flavor with the interior, reminding me of the old beach houses I visited as a child. There were plenty of beds for our group of 9 and we could have comfortably slept several more folks. The kitchen was well-stocked with an extra refrigerator downstairs. The back yard and dock also provided plenty of play area for the children.

The house is in a perfect location! It’s such an easy walk to the beach and you are still able to enjoy the creek access and beautiful view! The house itself is so charming. It has such character as it reminds one (is one!) of the old style beach homes. However, the kitchen and baths are nicely updated and have everything one could desire. We so appreciated the ability to vacation with our dogs. If you like the feeling of home, Miller Villa is for you!

This is a very nice condo overlooking the ocean. The place is always clean, the Rental Company very accommodating, and we have enjoyed this location for the last four years. Just a couple of things, we as renters feel they require upgrading - the master bed mattress and the living room sofa, both are showing their age, wear and tear.

2024 was our first stay at Surfmaster 904, and certainly will not be our last. The building and condo were everything we hoped for, right on the beach with a spectacular view of sunrises/sunsets. The condo itself was in great condition; rooms were plenty big, the kitchen had everything we would need for a week, and the building was easy to get in/out of. The pool/hot tub area was also in great condition, and we had no issues accessing the pool or the beach direct from the facility. We cannot recommend this condo and facility high enough, and look forward to our next stay.

As usual we had a great time! For the most part we really enjoyed our stay. I do wish there was a useable outdoor grill and the kitchen water pressure was poor. The house was very clean!

Our 4th year at Ocean Cove 304! Great as usual! Enjoyed the updates that included new ice maker, shower heads, slip covers on living room chairs just to name a few! The outside property including pool area is always well maintained! Last but not least is the ocean view from the screened porch, there was even a few dolphin sitings this year as a bonus!! Love this place!!
