WE have stayed in the same condo for a few years now and enjoyed it. With the changes the owner has made in the last few years we have decided it was time to move as it was no longer comfortable for us on the balcony with the change in seating. We would spend so much time out there and this year it was something we were not able to do. You should update your pictures.

Location was A+. Over all it was a great place to relax and enjoy both the Inlet and Ocean. Condo needs to be updated. (bedroom blinds, master bath/shower, too many area rugs) It was nice to have newer appliances and a well equipped kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Surf Master. This is our second year as snowbirds. I will mention the dishwasher needs to be service/replaced; it did not always clean the dishes thoroughly and never got hot enough to dry them. Also, the door on the 1/2 bath does not stay closed; the striker plate needs to be adjusted or replaced.

We come to Garden City in February and have enjoyed this unit for the last three years and will be back next February. This unit is well maintained and we enjoy it and love sitting on the deck watching the ocean and may see a dolphin or two.

Overall a nicely decorated unit & pleasant stay. Only cons are limited parking spaces (especially tight for trucks) & unreliable in unit internet service (service disconnects periodically throughout day & night for no apparent reason).

We have stayed in Surfmaster 614 for 5 yrs in a row during the off-season months. We have also stayed in other Surfmaster units. The view from this unit is exceptional and convenient to the beach access. This unit is beautifully maintained and you can tell the owners care about your comfort and listen to any feedback or needed upgrades. Great personal touches that makes it feel like home. Well equipped and great deck furniture. It is a corner unit by a public parking area. At times you will hear public service vehicles in the early morning hours, otherwise you hear the calming sound of the ocean waves. Relieve your stress and stay at Surfmaster 614.
