Everything you need. Very clean. Great location. It doesn’t have a pool but we never use a pool when we’re at the beach anyway so it was perfect for us. The ONLY negative thing I could say is that there’s not a lot of parking but we figured it out. We WILL stay again.

House was in prime location on the beach. House was clean upon arrival. The master bathroom could use a little update on it but all in all we enjoyed our week. We did have to buy some terro and throw away some food in the cupboards due to ants polluting but they cleared up after 2nd day.

This room was very nice. Had almost everything I needed to cook meals, nice furniture,great closet space, tons of drawers for clothes and most importantly super clean!
Loved the room, but being first floor you hear everyone punching in the codes to all the gates almost non stop, and anyone being loud at the pool or hot tub can be a bit much. The pool crew is quite loud come early morning, resetting the chairs, sounds like they’re just throwing them around every morning and it’s right outside the master bedroom.
The view was beautiful and the balcony chairs and table setup was perfect!
Would stay here again but would be mindful of the noise pretty early in the morning and evening.

We love this condo. 3rd or 4th time staying here.
Owner has made upgrades to the kitchen and flooring. Love the deck chairs and view of the beach. The beds are comfortable, so is the sofa. Has stackable washer and dryer. We can never get the front shower to work but there are 2 other showers. Love the new oven with air fryer function. Fridge is new, but ice maker is quarky. Cant wait to see what other improvements this owner makes. Will stay here again.

We started going oceanfront in 2021. This is our 4th oceanfront stay. 2 in Garden City and 3 in NMB (twice last year). Each time we stayed somewhere it seemed to be better than the last. But Surfmaster 709 blew them all away! We won’t even look anywhere else going forward. One big problem with High Rise towers is the elevators. Surfmaster had a half day of problems the whole week. And I believe it can be attributed to the yearly inspection. I noticed their yearly inspection certificate was for the same dates as our stay. So let’s say 10 for location. 9 for building amenities, 9 for parking and the room gets an 11 because, besides having everything we needed or wanted the balcony was huge and it had a King size bed. Basically, we got the WHOLE PACKAGE with Surfmaster 709. Not the cheapest or most expensive but without a doubt the best value we’ve had in 4 years. And while not technically related to the hotel, the chair and umbrella guy was also the best we’ve experienced. With over 80 setups a day, he was out there early and everything in place before 9am. He was constantly visible and would check in with you multiple times a day. We are customers for life! P.S. easiest check in/out we’ve ever experienced. Modern, virtual, no key experience. Who doesn’t hate keeping track of a key while on the beach and using the key multiple times daily.

We stayed 2 weeks, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The penthouse was ready on time for check-in. We did have an issue with the jacuzzi, but it was fixed the same day. We are looking forward to staying there again soon.

We had everything we needed (except a dishwasher which was clearly communicated). But we did little cooking so it was fine. Extra like chair, umbrella were a great addition. Spent a lot of time on front porch swing! Very clean and dog friendly. Loved back yard for dog
