The house was very clean and up to date. Plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 5 kids. We filled both refrigerators and used the laundry room every day. All the rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Being steps from the ocean and private pool with hot tub made it relaxing and convenient. We spent a lot of time in the rocking chairs on the deck. We were just minutes away from the many seafood restaurants on hwy 17.

The condo itself was beautiful, great view of the ocean from the 15th floor even though I’m not a fan of high rises and easy access to the beach.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our unit Beach House #107. It had some great updates the kids enjoyed and was very well kept and equipped.

We had a great week in this house! Bedrooms were spacious and mattresses were comfortable! The new vinyl flooring was great and updated kitchen was very nice. The kitchen needs new pots and pans...there were a few but many need to be tossed. The frig doesn’t have an ice machine so the small ice maker was nice but we still had to buy ice for our crowd. We had ants in one bedroom and in the kitchen...they sprayed but hopefully they came again before new tenants came...still saw them in kitchen. The new walkout to beach was so nice and we loved the porch swing and beautiful porch chairs! Overall, very nice place to stay!!!

Everything was perfect, again! This was our 21st stay at Surfmaster by the Sea. We stayed in PenthouseI for the first time. It was wonderful! All the friendliness, comforts,cleanliness, and stunning views we always experience, plus a larger balcony with a hot tub! We could not have asked for anything more! We got to have family time! We played hard, ate very well,relaxed, and enjoyed each other's company. We feel at home at Surfmaster!

everything was fine with the booking, the staff and the unit. The only thing we aren't happy with is the check in time. We are paying for that day but it is almost over by the time you get in it. You have to be out by 10:00 so the turn around time seems to be a little long.

We love the location and have stayed at this home several times. The home needs new pots in the kitchen and we saw the staff cleaning but still found areas that weren’t as clean as we would have liked, (stained sheets when we opened package, hair in the bathroom)
