I stayed in Unit 218 at SS #2 for the months of February and March. The experience was moire than I expected it would be. The location was great with a view of the ocean. Having a balcony was a plus. Them unit was nicely decorated and supplied beyond expectation.

Great view, quiet area. Would have been better if it had an elevator. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. It needs replaced. Electrical outlets were behind the bed so hard to get to. Living room furniture uncomfortable. Might be okay if only staying a week, but not a month. Balconey very nice. Rooms decorated really cute. Kitchen was average. Appliances good and nice washer and dryer which is a Plus if staying a month.Overall, if it had a better bed and an elevator we would stay again.

We loved our time at Beach House 317. The property was very clean upon arrival and the check in process is very easy. The location is close to everything you need from grocery stores to golf courses. The management company was very responsive and came quickly when needed. I would recommend this property for your vacation. We will be back for our 4th year next year.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was also well stocked with just about everything needed for one month stay. Unit is roomy and comfortable for 5-7 people. It could use some touch ups in a few areas but none of those impacted our stay. Overall very nice.
