This is a nice house. I would say the things that kept me from giving all 5 stars were the signs and things on the wall that had fallen or were missing and had not been replaced. The grass growing in the concrete around the pool area shows a lack of maintenance and care. The kitchen had all of the amenities needed and the grill outside was good to have. I was confused by the trash schedule, the rental information said pickup was one day and the posted directions at the house said something else. Overall this was a nice vacation for our family and we had a good time.

Our family absolutely loved Purple Reign. Location was great, the pool was a great experience in the evening coming off the beach. Lots of room for our groups of 12.The view off the back deck was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and stay again !

Was the perfect family getaway! My parents are older and we have young children so this home was ideal with only having a few steps and no flight of stairs to navigate. The beach access was right across the street with its own shower, plus the home had one too and a water hose to rinse off gear. The proximity to the pier, shops and other attractions was also so close. We really enjoyed the old beach house vibes, was very nostalgic to all of us.
Garden City Realty made the booking and accommodations simply seamlessly. Thank you for a great vacation.

We had a great time on our trip. The location of the house is great to walk to the pier and the beach. The house is older and the bathrooms are on the smaller side, but it has been updated very well. We did encounter a couple issues while we were there, but the maintenance department was very easy to work with. Overall, we would definitely consider coming back in the future.

This rental was a terrific find for us! We shared the home with another family and loved that there were two masters and room to spread out. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and PLENTY of hooks throughout the house to hang things which is often overlooked in beach houses. The pool area was beautiful! Also so many areas to sit and read inside or outside. We rented a golf cart and bikes which made getting around and to the beach very easy. Garden City Realty was lightning fast at responding when we had a small issue. Would love to stay here again!

We have stayed in a Garden City Realty property 3 times since June of 26. Each time has been amazing. Their customer service is top notch al9ng with their properties. Our last stay was in Horizon East 804. I highly recommend this property. Awesome layout and amazing view. Property was very clean and well kept. We will be staying in this property again.

This condo has to be the cleanest one we have stayed in over the many years we have been visiting the area. Even the balcony was even clean with no sand or dirt. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The condo could use some updating when it comes to the bathroom vanities and some of the wallpaper. The air conditioning unit was a little noisy. The only thing that would prevent us from renting this condo again was the plastic mesh on the entire balcony railing. We rent on the beach to see the beach and ocean not to have it obstructed by black plastic mesh. This was VERY disappointing. If the black mesh does not bother you then I highly recommend this property.

The Plantation and the oak trees are amazing. It is a lovely area to walk our little doggies. Felt secure and safe at all times. Friendly residents. Grounds are immaculate. The gate keeper's computer was down when we arrived. Said to stop back in the morning to obtain the car pass. Read in a previous review that this was an issue. We telephoned the property management. When we left that evening and the man handed us the gate pass and he was NOT a happy person that we called property management. Of no fault to him. We were just making sure our car did not get towed. We had no issues with anything inside the residence.

All in all, wonderful. We had two units, for our whole family. One unit had an issue with the AC- called to report it =- the repairman was there within an hour - and fixed it. We were impressed. (it was pretty HOT outside!) Everyone in our party-all 10 of us- enjoyed the property and all it had to offer. The location is great.

Our family, 5 adults and 2 kids, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at How Sweet It Is. We've been going to the Garden City/Surfside/Murrells Inlet/Pawleys Island area since 1972 and this house was by far the best. The house and groundd were very clean and for once I didn't feel like I had to clean it before moving in. Very spacious with everyone being able to have their own space. The pool and covered dock was wonderful. We enjoyed swimming and fishing each day. If I had to find a downside I would say it's a bit pricey and you have to drive over to the beach, but I knew this when I booked it. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommend. Oh! There's also an elevator!
