We had a really good time. this was the 4th time staying in my three sons and sea gal. The house is perfect for our size family. We really appreciated the upgrades from the last time we stayed. New 2nd floor carpet, new island, new flooring on 1st floor, remodeled showers on 2nd floor were all amazing and very much noticed. Thank you for all that. As a frequent guest and already booking next year, can I make a couple suggestions for future upgrades. Bigger refrigerator since mini frig was lost, better kitchenware selection (simple things like a pizza cutter or sharp knives). Again thank you for letting us stay in your home. Matt

Clean and comfortable house. Location was great. Easy access to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Short walk to several restaurants and the pier. Rental company was easy to work with. Easy check in and check out. This is a house we would rent again and recommend to others.

We have rented from Garden City previously and always had a good experience. I loved staying at Beach House. The kids loved the pool and the beach access is amazing. The parking lot is tight and the HOA residents call for towing a couple times a day so make sure you have your pass up or you will get towed. We watched people everyday get towed away.
We will absolutely be renting again.

Location was great. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. Older house so could use some attention. Living room furniture needs replacing and refrigerator. Air conditioner worked well on very hot days. I would recommend this property with some reservations.

Floral Villa B8 was our beach home for two fun filled weeks. We had 3 generations of family together for our summer vacation. The unit was very comfortable for all. Decor is very beach themed. Bedding was plenty and very comfortable. The deck outside of the living/dining rooms was the best! The pool is so big and the outside area is very spacious for all to enjoy at the same time! Wi-Fi was spotty and way too many remotes to figure out the tvs (in all the rooms) but the place itself outshines the minor concerns. Would definitely return to this villa.

Just Peachy was a great place to stay. It accommodated our group very well. The elevator was a great source to haul in and out our luggage and gear. It was a 2 block walk straight to the beach. The house was clean when we arrived. I would recommend Just Peachy to others.

Check in was a little confusing at first. There is a code to enter on a keypad and not physical keys to enter the house. I still had to go to the office to receive a packet with that info. The text I received when house was available did not have clear instructions.
Housekeeping/Maintenance was very helpful anytime I called with a question. They were friendly, professional, and took time to listen.
We mostly enjoyed the beach and pool. Some went shopping at local beach stores and outlets. The Sundown Sports Pub was a go to a few nights. Great food.
We love Surfside Beach and will continue to visit years to come.

I chose this house based on the location and was not disappointed! Love that the home has a grassy area between the house and the water and we we enjoyed fishing and kayaking all hours of the day because even at low tide, the water is plenty deep enough for all activities. Beach is a short drive away and we never had an issue with finding parking at the public access.

Wonderful! We liked the house very much. Perfect size for our family. Lots of room for everyone. Very comfortable couches! That’s important to us! Mattresses could have used some updating.
