Overall, it was a wonderful experience. However, I was expecting something a little more special from a Penthouse. The condo was no different from other condos in the same building. We did enjoy our view of the marshland from this particular unit. I was disappointed by the dust bunnies and lint left beside the bed. We had to go to the store immediately upon our arrival as there was not any toilet paper in the 3 bathrooms. Also missing was soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. In the kitchen, there was not any dish detergent. The bed in the first bedroom was very stiff and made loud noises with every move. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return to Royal Gardens. However, I would not spend the extra money on a Penthouse.

My husband and I stayed with our two adult children and their partners (6 adults). Favorite feature is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The unit is well represented by the photos. Comfy and homey. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Great view from the indoor and outdoor living spaces. We were there in mid June for excellent weather. The beach was busy, but not excessive. There was only one day where we couldn't get a spot at the pool when we wanted, but spots opened eventually. Can't remember if its in the description so I'll mention there is a pull out sofa in living room and a roll away bed tucked in a closet. There is a basic supply of sand toys and a pool floaties/noodles. 1 mile walk south to Garden City pier. 1.5 mile walk north to Surfside pier where there are more restaurants.

Great week at Pop's Place. Excellent location and layout. Parking is limited especially if you bring a boat trailer. The French drain in front of the house needs to be cleaned. We had a thunderstorm one afternoon and we had about 2 inches of water inside the house at the front door.

This was the second time staying at One Ocean Place. Both condos were nice but 310 was especially nice. Decor was very pretty giving a light, relaxed, breezy ambiance to our stay. Had a perfect week of weather to enjoy, would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy. We were concerned because there was a problem with the pool and they said it might not be fixed for a few days but it was fine when we arrived. Icondo was very bright and clean. Loved the flamingo bedroom. We would love to stay again. The only cons were the tv’s were hard to figure out and the trundle bed was blocked by a dresser..

The Gause house is our favorite place to stay. The home is full of original beach house charm, with a great view of the ocean from the porch. The bush may need topped at some point but there are mockingbirds that frequent it and entertained us with their lovely songs. We always feel comfortable and at home here. We love this home as if it were our own.

We had a really good time. this was the 4th time staying in my three sons and sea gal. The house is perfect for our size family. We really appreciated the upgrades from the last time we stayed. New 2nd floor carpet, new island, new flooring on 1st floor, remodeled showers on 2nd floor were all amazing and very much noticed. Thank you for all that. As a frequent guest and already booking next year, can I make a couple suggestions for future upgrades. Bigger refrigerator since mini frig was lost, better kitchenware selection (simple things like a pizza cutter or sharp knives). Again thank you for letting us stay in your home. Matt

Clean and comfortable house. Location was great. Easy access to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Short walk to several restaurants and the pier. Rental company was easy to work with. Easy check in and check out. This is a house we would rent again and recommend to others.
