The rental was fantastic and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The condo was very updated and the layout of the condo was great. The decor was so pretty also. Our bedroom had a very nice bed and even had a tv in our bedroom. The condo has 2 bathrooms and the showers were very nice. We enjoyed ourselves so much. The one thing is the condo elevators take a bit but was doable. After you got into your condo everything was quiet from the outside noise. We had a very spacious balcony and could see the ocean and the beach. So beautiful and can’t wait to stay again. The condo was very clean and the outside property as well.

We have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area for 15 years but this was our first time at the Surfside Beach! Loved the house -perfect size for our family of 11 ( including 2 babies) Location and view of beach was great! Restaurants just a walk or golf cart away

We really enjoyed our rental SEAcret Haven.
Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, gorgeous view of the marsh, close to the beach and our family in Salter’s Cove.
Appreciated the paper products left for us by Garden City Realty.
The only shortcomings were no blankets ( it was chilly at night!) and the crispers in the refrig collected water. Otherwise it was a wonderful rental! for a small group.

Another great family vacation for the 16 of us. Have stayed here many years and love the location. Some updates would be nice - bathroom drains (slow) & faucets; and dryer. Took 4 cycles to get a load dry. Overall though, we love this house! Can't beat the backyard view!

We stayed at this condo in June 2024. Everything was fabulous. Parking was easy, the pool was clean, beach access a breeze. The condo itself was newly renovated, came with everything we needed for 4 adults and 4 children. 10/10 would recommend! I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa 314! Very nice condo!!! The inside was very nice and extremely spacious. We were in town for a dance competition and didn't get to use the amenities as much as we wanted but we did get to the pool twice and loved it. Very nice and quiet location!!! We would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in area!

The accomodations were super nice and our beach/ocean view was spectacular. These are some of the best people to work with and have so many really nice rentals.

House was great,up to date ,you could see ocean and close to cross walk( but people don't stop almost hit 2 times in 4 days).everything work. Bob was great,l call him 3 or 4 times still told me call anytime. Missing in housekeep was great I left item in room she had someone to get it and call me back within hour .

Great location and close to the pier. Parking can be scarce but it was manageable. The only negative I can think of is the elevator is slow, but lucky to have one.

Had an excellent week, Sundial 21 was perfect for myself, wife, 2 sons, and son's friend. Everything was perfect and extremely comfortable. The only con was that the keurig coffee maker did not work.
I would definitely stay here again.
