Tim and Alex came out in the rain to repair the fire stick on the TV, and Buddy kept in touch with us to let us know what was going on with the repair. Y’all have a great maintenance team. You should be thankful to have gentlemen who care about the renters as much as they do.

Josh showed up and quickly

We had a significant issue with our built in grill on Father's Day which to be honest I thought would surely side track our cooking plans for the whole week. But no ... Josh showed up and quickly assessed the situation and replaced the grill inside of 2 hours. Fantastic guy, great customer service!
