As an owner of 551 South Waccamaw Dr., “Summer Breeze,” I can say that Garden City Realty is first class. The two Ashley‘s are very helpful, and very nice which with to work. . The maintenance and housekeeping team are also very good, and very prompt when in need. I have other rental properties in North Myrtle Beach, and I can say that the agencies handling them are not as professional nor are they as prompt in handling your problems as is Garden City Realty. 

I highly recommend GCR for your rental needs, whether your a guest or owner.

He's a hard worker who knows his stuff and I appreciate his hard work and good nature. Garden City Realty has a good maintenance team led by Robby Shaw. Chris is a nice person to have working in my home.
