Good and prompt service

We had an issue with one of the sinks and Josh B. Came by to fix is up. He left a note stating that he needed a part and would be back the next day to complete the project. I commented to my wife about how polite and thorough he was. When I met him the next day… I told him that he had been “raised right”! Good and prompt service from a sharp young guy!

As an owner of 551 South Waccamaw Dr., “Summer Breeze,” I can say that Garden City Realty is first class. The two Ashley‘s are very helpful, and very nice which with to work. . The maintenance and housekeeping team are also very good, and very prompt when in need. I have other rental properties in North Myrtle Beach, and I can say that the agencies handling them are not as professional nor are they as prompt in handling your problems as is Garden City Realty. 

I highly recommend GCR for your rental needs, whether your a guest or owner.

Maggie in house keeping goes above and beyond always!

We have stayed at Penhouse k in Surfmaster for the month of January for the past 3 years. I just have to say that Maggie in house keeping goes above and beyond always! She couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating! This year in particular I left a load of clothes in the washer. Her staff brought them to her. They were wet. She had them laundered for us before we had them picked up! Her and the housekeepers are the best!

Also have to say a few words about Dan in maintenance also! He happily helps anytime he is asked anything! They are both keepers and should be valued employees!
