He is an outstanding technician!

The shower in my beach house wouldn't turn off at about ten o'clock at night. I called Garden City Realty emergency maintenance. David Rakentine came out within fifteen minutes.

He had excellent manners and tried to make my friend and me as comfortable as possible while he worked to fix the streaming water. He cut off the water to work but cut it on as soon as possible so we wouldn't be without water. Because he needed parts he had to come back the next day to complete the job.

I was at ease and confident with him in the house while we were out. He is an outstanding technician. I'm grateful that he was sent to my house.

He's a hard worker who knows his stuff

Chris O'Neal has recently done some very good work at my house: painting the front porch and steps, fixing a running toilet, adding a new shower head and more. He's a hard worker who knows his stuff and I appreciate his hard work and good nature. Garden City Realty has a good maintenance team led by Robby Shaw. Chris is a nice person to have working in my home.

Garden City Realty is very reliable and efficient. We have rented from them multiple times and rooms are always neat and clean.

The condo was the cleanest

We went through Garden City Realty for a condo at The Waters Edge. Our condo was ready early and they had a combo lock and sent us the combo so we could go straight to our rental. The condo was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. I feel this is because Garden City Realty has their own cleaning/house keeping department. They were so easy to deal with. I will definitely use them again. The Waters Edge resort was so nice and convenient. It was only 30 steps from the pool deck to the beach umbrella. I will definitely stay there again. (You can sit on the pool deck and feel like you are on the beach.)

GCR hands down was a 5 star. They addressed any issues we had quickly, their customer service and staff went above and beyond. This was our first of many stays with GCR. I’d like to also personally call out Pam, Missy and Kendall. They are shining stars and we can’t thank them enough!
