Josh showed up and quickly

We had a significant issue with our built in grill on Father's Day which to be honest I thought would surely side track our cooking plans for the whole week. But no ... Josh showed up and quickly assessed the situation and replaced the grill inside of 2 hours. Fantastic guy, great customer service!

Chris O'Neal has recently done some very good work at my house: painting the front porch and steps, fixing a running toilet, adding a new shower head and more. He's a hard worker who knows his stuff and I appreciate his hard work and good nature. Garden City Realty has a good maintenance team led by Robby Shaw. Chris is a nice person to have working in my home.

Adam did a great job on short notice

During a recent maintenance stay at our condo the day before leaving the kitchen light quit working. I rushed to Lowes bought a light but didn't have time to install. Adam Bridges showed the next morning and installed the light. Adam did a great job on short notice. I had renters coming in the next day. Thanks Adam!
