Being out of town owners, it is wonderful to know that any repair issues will be taken care of, the job will be done well and at an affordable price. Mr. Shaw and the entire team has been nothing short of spectacular in their ability to go above and beyond while also being so patient and kind in all interactions. We are so thankful to have them taking care of us and our house.

Maggie in house keeping goes above and beyond always!

We have stayed at Penhouse k in Surfmaster for the month of January for the past 3 years. I just have to say that Maggie in house keeping goes above and beyond always! She couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating! This year in particular I left a load of clothes in the washer. Her staff brought them to her. They were wet. She had them laundered for us before we had them picked up! Her and the housekeepers are the best!

Also have to say a few words about Dan in maintenance also! He happily helps anytime he is asked anything! They are both keepers and should be valued employees!

The shower in my beach house wouldn't turn off at about ten o'clock at night. I called Garden City Realty emergency maintenance. David Rakentine came out within fifteen minutes. He has great manners and tried to make my friend and me as comfortable as possible while he worked to fix the streaming water. He cut off the water to work but cut it on as soon as possible so we wouldn't be without water. Because he needed parts he had to come back the next day to complete the job. I was at ease and confident with him in the house while we were out. He is an outstanding technician. I'm grateful that he was sent to my house. Thank you, Mr. Rakentine.

Y’all have a great maintenance team

Tim and Alex came out in the rain to repair the fire stick on the TV, and Buddy kept in touch with us to let us know what was going on with the repair. Y’all have a great maintenance team. You should be thankful to have gentlemen who care about the renters as much as they do.
