The condo was the cleanest

We went through Garden City Realty for a condo at The Waters Edge. Our condo was ready early and they had a combo lock and sent us the combo so we could go straight to our rental. The condo was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. I feel this is because Garden City Realty has their own cleaning/house keeping department. They were so easy to deal with. I will definitely use them again. The Waters Edge resort was so nice and convenient. It was only 30 steps from the pool deck to the beach umbrella. I will definitely stay there again. (You can sit on the pool deck and feel like you are on the beach.)

He is an outstanding technician!

The shower in my beach house wouldn't turn off at about ten o'clock at night. I called Garden City Realty emergency maintenance. David Rakentine came out within fifteen minutes.

He had excellent manners and tried to make my friend and me as comfortable as possible while he worked to fix the streaming water. He cut off the water to work but cut it on as soon as possible so we wouldn't be without water. Because he needed parts he had to come back the next day to complete the job.

I was at ease and confident with him in the house while we were out. He is an outstanding technician. I'm grateful that he was sent to my house.

We have owned our condo since 2013 and your team has been fantastic to work with every year! Jessy, Heidi, and Ashley have always been there for us and we appreciate all their effort. As an owner of 551 South Waccamaw Dr., “Summer Breeze,” I can say that Garden City Realty is first class. The two Ashley‘s are very helpful, and very nice which with to work. . The maintenance and housekeeping team are also very good, and very prompt when in need. I have other rental properties in North Myrtle Beach, and I can say that the agencies handling them are not as professional nor are they as prompt in handling your problems as is Garden City Realty. 

I highly recommend GCR for your rental needs, whether your a guest or owner.

I can honestly say, my experience with Garden City Realty has been nothing short of exceptional.

Ashley and the Owner Services team, maintenance, and housekeeping have done an outstanding job managing and maintaining my oceanfront beach house. As a first-time vacation rental property owner, I have been very pleased with the bookings, revenue, and maintenance performed on the house.

Even with the uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, the team came up with a great plan and pulled through with an impressive number of bookings.
