We have stayed at this location for MANY years as it is perfect for our family. I am so glad we changed to the Garden City Realty Co. instead of the previous rental company. With Garden City Reality you are able to check-in using a keyless entry into a very CLEAN UNIT without having to fight your way through the crowd of people all trying to park and pick up their keys. When departing, you are able to simply leave the grounds and head kind of place!

We really enjoyed this rental and the location. Only negative I can say is the stairs where very high and steep. But other than that we loved this rental and will stay there again. It is in the middle of all the noise of the pier but we like this also.

Our overall experience was very good. However, the unit itself could use a lot of upgrading based on the rental rate. The bathrooms needed the most upgrading. VERY old and in poor condition. Also, plaster was falling from the ceiling in our closet throughout our stay. We have stayed at the SurfMaster several times in the past (and had positive experiences), but never in one of the penthouses. I guess we expected a little more for the price we paid. The location and the weather were excellent. The staff at the Surfmaster were very kind and helpful.
