We loved our stay at Better Twin. The house was fully stocked for all our needs. Beds were comfy. We love staying in surfside with it's quiet neighborhoods. The neighbors live all year round and were very nice. And I can't say enough how nice the family was that owned the home. We really hope to come back next February. And Garden City Realty is the best company to work with, thanks Robin!

Loved Garden City area. The Penthouse D was very clean and nice. It was a little out dated with decor. The deck was fantastic!! Parking was a nightmare. Has two spaces and most of the time couldn't even find one parking spot. Also the ice maker did not work. Called office but no one ever checked it.

Had a very good time, really nice place, the only thing that could have made it any better would have been ceiling fans in the room. The decor was awesome!!

The views from the balcony are fantastic. There is a covered portion that is very nice. The condo was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. We so enjoyed our stay and have already booked for next year. The only negative is the small master bedroom and the couch is uncomfortable but then we didn't stay in very long!

The experience of renting Channel of Blessings was wonderful. Check in and check out were both quick and easy. Garden City Realty had friendly staff. The house is awesome. Nicely furnished. TV in every room. Nice sitting area outside next to the pool with an outdoor kitchen.

We enjoyed a family reunion at the compass rose unit 12. The quiet end south of the Garden City pier is our favorite. This home is two miles from the pier. It is quiet, easy access to the unguarded beach and pool right outside our door were all the pieces needed for a great stay.

We really enjoyed staying at the one bedroom condo at Surfmaster. Excellent layout was spacious and provided extra privacy with a door that separated the bedroom and master bath from rest of condo. Our only complaint was the bed could have been more comfortable.

The home was a great home for a family. The house having 5 1/2 bathrooms was a big plus, location was wonderful and having the pool was great. We had a great time. Also a second refrigerator in the laundry room was so helpful. We have a blast.

Have stayed in several units in the Sea Oaks complex over the years. This is one of the nicest. Unit was clean with many updates. Nice bar-height table and chairs on the porch. Will definitely try to get this same unit again for future stays.
