The house was big enough for us all to have a space to get away, while allowing our large family to stay together when we wanted. Nicely stocked kitchen, and large gas grill available (with tanks). Lighted pool area (light in pool) and plenty of linens available. Great ice capacity, no more running back and forth to buy bags of ice. Nice to have separate showers and a toilet available outside by the pool for cleaning off without having to drip inside. Wifi was a little slow, so don't plan on streaming or working too much. No Smart TV's, so you'll need to bring a streaming device if you want that available. Everything seemed to work well apart from the refrigerator (you HAVE to push it closed or it will alarm and not cool) and the ceiling fan in BR downstairs (only blows up). Needs some updated bathroom hardware, but overall very nice accommodations.

We had a great week in Sea Master 211. We have stayed at this property before and love its location, pool and beachfront views. Unit 211 has everything you could want while away from home. The wifi in this unit is great. The decor is unusual, but it has all the seating and sleeping accommodations necessary for a large family. The description states that this unit has a washer and dryer, but it does not.

Garden City Realty was successful in having tenants lined up

Frances and I built our beach house in Garden City Beach in 1976. While the house was under construction, we engaged Garden City Realty to list the house for rent that summer. Garden City Realty was successful in having tenants lined up as soon as the house was completed. The house was completed on the day our youngest daughter was born. At that time we had a family of three young children. Since that time we continued with successful summer rentals. Not only did Garden City Rental bring us a good component of rental clients, it provided us with good services for repairs and maintenance over the years. Now our family has grown to three married children who have blessed us with nine grandchildren.

I'm a single mom of 3 and have taken them to the beach every Spring Break for the last 12 years. Due to my income and supporting my children, I have to carefully watch how much I spend on a rental house. This house was priced within my range and on the marsh (we love to fish) so I booked it. The best decision I've made in 12 years! Price, house, location, and everything else was awesome. If my income allows, this will be the only house I rent in the future.

Clean and beautifully appointed. Completely accessible to wheelchair. Dishwasher didn't clean well; we hand-washed dishes. Best view ever. Nicest and most accommodating owner ever. Will return!

Loved the house. Ice maker on fridge did not work. Wasn't happy about having to keep the AC no lower than 72 (it's HOT!). Loved the closeness of the beach and the private walkway. Would definitely recommend!

We have stayed 2 years and love it!1st time we rented we did not get the key until 6pm which upset me a bit the 2nd year they had it ready early so that was alot better.but love this condo .great location.will stay here again.

As I have said previously, we love this place and stay here for four months until May 1. We had a couple of problems with the sink in the kitchen which were fixed immediately through Garden City Realty. I forgot to mention last month that the twin fitted sheets will not fit the beds. They brought us flat sheets right away to fold under but it would be nice to have the deep pocket ones to fit the beds properly. Mattresses are now bigger and need deep pocket sheets. As we have said before this is our home away from home to stay out of the snow and hope to keep coming back here.

Overall was an awesome vacation.
2 issues door from master to balcony stuck shut, being handy I took care of that one. Air conditioner froze up but they had someone there very quickly to fix.
Cleanliness was decent but master bath needed more attention hair stuck to walls and shower and something that appeared to be blood on the door trim quarter size. yuck.
Up to date condo only suggestion add a recliner.
We have stayed at Surf Master many times and plan on being back, I hope cleaning improves.
