Very nice house - great location - the mattresses on the beds are very comfortable I'm actually trying to find one like it. The only complaint I have was the WIFI - I tried rebooting - didn't improve it - we had to disconnect from it - might want to have that checked out.

My recent stay at One Ocean Place was amazing, as usual. This is my 3rd time using Garden City Realty and I can not say enough about how wonderful the entire staff has been to deal with every time I have visited. The accommodations at one ocean place were excellent (bathrooms could be a little cleaner/updated) but as always, the decor, cleanliness & having plenty of everything we needed was top notch. And the view, SIMPLY AMAZING. I like that it is a bit out of the way and not right in the middle of all the hoopla. I can go to the action if I want it or simply relax. I Have also stayed at SurfMaster by the Sea a few times and again, I could now ask for better accommodations or better people to deal with to take care of every need. I've recommended both Garden City Realty and SurfMaster to several people and will continue to do so. I do wish both places had a couple of beach chairs for guest use on the beach

the best of the oceanfront and inlet fishing with the added bonus of perfect weather. We were small in numbers, yet plan to come again and take advantage of all the space the house has to offer. We definitely like a "real" beach house! Great shell collection.

We were an extended family group of around 35 people, from babies to grandparents, and rented both sides of the house. Loved the large kitchens, dual fridges and dishwashers, and ample seating, as we had all our meals at the house. Location was convenient to airport, grocery stores, and day-trip options. Beach was nice and so close, with lovely views from the balconies. We ended up using the pool more than we expected and it was a fun gathering spot for all ages. The 16 bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy, and with enough space to gather in the common areas or on the porch. We had a few minor maintenance requests during the week, which were handled promptly. Already looking forward to our next stay at P’s and T’s!

We loved the condo! It was exactly as described and pictured on the website. There were plenty of towels provided for everyone. Beds were very comfortable, and so was the couch for winding down with the kids after a busy day. There are only two things we would have liked to be different: The front bedrooms could use blackout curtains. The overhead lights from the walkway outside stay on all night, and the curtains don't cover the whole window, so this presented a bit of a challenge for anyone who needs a dark room to sleep. The second is having a few more things for cooking in the kitchen. One baking pan sometimes made it a challenge when making dinner for a group. If you're not into cooking on vacation, there are plenty of restaurants all with delicious food close by for take-out or eat in. We also appreciated how close the condo is located to a Food Lion, which always helps when needing to cook for several people. We used the pools a few times and really enjoyed them! We also liked how the condo is close to all kinds of things to do, but is still very quiet at night and first thing in the morning. We took trips up to the boardwalk and SkyWheel, down to Huntington Beach Park and Brookgreen Gardens, and all were easy part-day trips that allowed us to get out and explore while also having time to relax at the pool or play mini golf. We did play a round on the executive course and appreciated that this course was well-maintained, with friendly staff throughout. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

We stayed for two weeks - as we came into town for our sons wedding. The property was lovely. Size and location great- just a few little details not A+ (dirty carpet- patio doors don't lock easy/well, patio chairs cracked...plus a few decent bed pillows needed). We do thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful beachside condo.

Wonderful place to stay. However the furniture on the porch needs to be bistro type. The table and chairs there now only allow view of the railing. You have to strain to look over it while sitting. But overall I love this place. Been staying here for 3 years

This place is spectacular. Extremely clean. All the amenities we needed. Wonderful to have a washer & dryer right in the unit. The building staff kept the are immaculately clean. Check-in was super easy. Check-out simple too. Love how easily we could access the beach. Ample parking too. Loved it!
