We had a rocky start to our stay which could have been avoided if someone had told us about the elevator key to penthouse floor---we spent 45 min riding up and down before we were able to get to our floor the first night we arrived---after that everything
was wonderful. I would definitely go back.Also parking garage alittle funny to navigate, so parked on bottom floor and avoided any problems.

He continues to keep us updated on changes and events not only through emails but also with pictures. If we have a question, his rapid reply eliminates any worry or concerns we might have. Overall, we had a great stay. However, the homeowner had the main closet so full of paint and junk that we had nowhere to put things. You also need to provide a vacuum that cleans hard surfaces. A cheap broom does not get the sand up.
