Had a great time. The property was nice. Had a few little issues (no linens for one of the beds, no tv in master, material on 3-4 lawn chairs at pool was torn - couldn’t use) Linens were brought on day 2, tv issue got resolved. Chairs were not fixed during our stay. Otherwise, Pops Place is beautiful. Has everything we wanted during our stay!

Everything at Attitude Adjustment was fantastic. The family space downstairs off the carport is just so nice! Great for watching sports or netflix with the fam! Very well stocked kitchen, PERCECT location and comfortable beds! Appreciated with closet and dresser as well, it was nice to fully unpack. Favorite part: outdoor shower and front porch rocking chairs!

This vacation rental had EVERYTHING we needed. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve rented and had to run out for the simplest of things (utensils, plastic plates and cups, colander...) all of which were available to us at this rental. We didn’t need a thing. We brought our own beach wagon, chairs and sand toys - again, all of which were provided. We could have saved a lot of space in our vehicle had we known, lol. This rental was clean and comfy and very kid friendly. We had such a good time and it began as soon as we walked in the door of Surf Master 413! On another note, we left our JBL speaker behind but housekeeping said nothing turned up or was turned in. Would love to get that back. Who knows...maybe?

Just what the doctor ordered for a nearby getaway weekend. Felt like a world away. Just wish the black plastic mesh covering balcony railing weren't partially blocking the view while seated. Understand it's for animal and children protection, but definitely affects view from balcony.

Our stay was good but the owner needs to replace some of the mattresses! A gas grill is also needed. It is a nice house, great location,nice pool and hot tub but is way overpriced! There are many other nice places like this one at a lower price. Next year we will be looking for a better value for our money. Thank you Garden City Realty staff for being so friendly and professional!

We rented both sides of the house for our annual golf trip. This is the third year in a row we have stayed in this house and there is no doubt the best aspect of this house is the location. The house is nice, but nothing fancy. There are better properties on the beach, but I doubt any have a better location for such a great price. I would recommend the property without hesitation.

House was impressive. Very clean and nice floorplan.
Location to beach and pool was perfect. Parking was tight but livable. Would like to have seen a gas grill but made due with charcoal. Rental crew very helpful and cleaning crew did a fine job getting us in early in the day. Next visit we will make sure we get a golf cart to travel the area. Everyone there had one but us.
