This was our first stay at this condo as well as Garden City. Our condo was very nice with lovely furniture, lots of storage areas, and a well equipped kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus!We would have loved a king sized bed but we managed. The decor was very nice with a beach theme. The balconies are not as private as we would have liked but that is the builder's fault and not the owner's. We spent the month of February and it went way too fast!

We enjoyed staying i this condo. It was evident that the owners are working to improve the unit. Could have used another chair in the living area. And the lighting in the second bedroom was not adequate.
The unit was very clean; we enjoyed just getting away for a few days.

This was our 2nd year at this rental, the house and pool are always clean, when we arrive, we are a short walk to the beach and central to shopping and dining locations. There are plenty of things in the area to keep you busy.

Great place, love how updated it is. The beds are amazing and everything was wonderful. The couch needs to be updated as it is not comfortable anymore and the sofa sags to one side.

Our stay at Surfmaster 511 was, overall, a really good experience. Garden City Realty is always excellent for property rental. The condo itself was spotlessly clean...10 out of 10. The kitchen is amazing and the living area is comfortable with easy to operate TV and provides perfect views. We did have a concern about the sliding glass door in the oven front bedroom. It really needs some repair in that there is a major gap between the two glass components...allowing the hot air from outside, all sounds, and anything flying or crawling to come makes the bedroom so hot that it is difficult to cool for comfort. We used the curtains to help solve the problem, but it made the use of the door impossible...including not seeing out of it. I don't say this as a deterrent for staying in this nice condo, only to let the owners know that the repair would help their investment and without it there is likely to be problem with guests going forward. The washer and dryer require a little patience, but mostly this is a wonderful vacation property.

The IR house was the best of both worlds with the beach across the street and the marsh in the backyard. The beds were a little worn out and very soft. We had an electrical issue but the rental company help provide a work around. We would definitely rent this home again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Would highly recommend! The place was beautiful! Will have to say there is room for improvement on cleanliness. We look forward to staying here again next year! There is easy access to many restaurants, be sure to try Squid's Café (near Garden City Pier)for 's outstanding! Enjoyed walking the beach to Surfside Pier and eating on the outside deck several times. Sophia's Ice Cream Shop at Surfside Beach had a good variety; we especially liked their salty-caramel, yum, yum! Enjoyed one evening of entertainment at Crocodile Rocks.

This is our fourth year at Madam Butterfly. We enjoy the well equipped and charming interior and love spending time on the deck. This year the access from the stairs to the beach was almost flat so it was easy to get the the beach. The size is perfect for the two of us and the second bedroom gives us space for family and friends to visit.

Fantastic unit, my family and I have rented from Garden City many times. This trip was just my wife and I so the single bedroom unit was great. The only downfall in the unit was the size of the Television in the main living area. The Television size was probably more noticeable because of the early fall sunsets. Thank you for a great vacation!!

I was so happy with Surf Master 314. This condo was immaculately clean, fully stocked with kitchen items and the balcony is huge. We loved the smart TVs in each room and there had been some upgrades that were not shown in the pictures so that was a nice surprise. The Surf Master's facilities are wonderful as well. I especially like that they have a ramp access to the beach in addition to the steps. My mother is 86 and this was a huge help to her. Very nice place to stay!

We loved the view and the condo! The furniture was nice and there was everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice rental. It was spacious and clean.

Our condo, view, pool, weather and tours were beautiful! The rooms were clean and well equipped. The bathrooms were a bit cramped but manageable. The TVs and remotes could use an upgrade. Within two hours of our arrival our original condo became unavailable due to maintenance issues, but within minutes of letting us know, we were given a alternative spot that was equal to or a slight upgrade, which we really appreciated!
