This is our 3rd stay at The Beach House, 1st with Garden City Realty. Best overall experience so far. 3 Things were minor inconveniences. First, WiFi needs a serious upgrade, had to use my hotspot to get a lot done on my laptop. Second, the patio furniture was standard table height so you had to look through the handrails, not good. So we purchased our own bar height chairs so we could look over the rails. That greatly changes the whole patio experience. Finally the landscaping crew was there Saturday and after cleanup they didn’t blow any of the vehicles off and left a pretty thick layer of mulch dust on all the vehicles. These issues will not keep us from renting this unit again and would recommend it to others, it’s quiet, the beach out front is not crowded, easy walk to the pier area, property was well kept and clean. We would stay in this unit again. Thanks, Mark

I have been to MBSC at least seven times from NJ. I have always used Garden City Realty. They have ease of access both online and via phone. When you speak with someone on the phone, you get a feeling that the representative LOVES their job and they simply cannot do enough for you to make a great vacation.

Great location Beach front. Spacious 3 bedrooms w 3 closets and bathrooms.We were impressed as to how well stocked the kitchen was all possible amenities. Loved the non stick frying pans -they were brand new. Beautiful dishes. New rugs and couch. Ice maker in the freezer.

We were so pleased with all the space in condo, everything was very clean and the location couldn't have been any better! We will definitely be coming back and staying in the same room!

Aside from cool weather and some family illness, the rental experience was good. We had an issue with a broken bed and the Maintenance Staff came right away and repaired that. We definitely plan to be back.

We usually rent a condo south of the GCB Pier. It was booked during our only available week, so we looked in Surfside. Sea Cloisters II was very nice. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable, but a little more crowded than our place south of the GCB Pier. Otherwise, we're very satisfied.

Garden city realty was very easy to work with! We enjoyed the condo and loved the decor. Some people complained about the master bed but I think they have a nee topper on it and it was quite comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is getting a sofa bed in the living room so more could enjoy the stay.
