Diane H.ColumbiaVacation was excellent.
Two Problems - both bedroom doors facing ocean would not stay closed. Had to block both double doors with chairs for the entire week. Those doors need to be fixed.
Edward K.BethlehemDown for a golf vacation w/ 32 golfers and 4 houses. La Haina was one of the homes. Boys loved the dock to fish and the kitchen well stocked w/ pots and pans for cooking. Would have been nice to have a grill; but another house did.
Ernest V.MillburgVery homey feel and close to everything.
GastoniaThis condo was fantastic! It was on the side but had a great view of the ocean even from the bed!! Sunrise in bed was great! It was very clean and the decorations were beachy and homey! There were even chairs, shovel, and other "beach" stuff in the closet to borrow. I have stayed in many places and this one was the best!
Gary D.Rock HillRobin has valuable in making our reservation since she has assisted with past reservation and knows our needs. The room was as indicated in the pictures

Green Sea, SCBrent Jackson went above and beyondBrent Jackson went above and beyond to find the perfect apartment for us. He is such a professional and communicated well during the entire negotiating process.
Tara D.LexingtonWe've stayed at the Inlet Joy many times throughout the years. It's our go to house that has everything our family needs for a great week!
Cincinnati, OHHonest and attentive!!I just wanted to thank June for her honesty and being on top of things in such a competitive market.
GeorgetownA nice house in a quite neighborhood. Great little restaurants in walking distance.
WoodstockWe had a great time! GCR was very accomodating getting house cleaned & getting us in early. It was sppreciated. I would like to express a concern I have for renting the property again. I feel that when I’m paying that much money for property and I have the view that Poohs corner offers me of a sunset I would like to be able to watch it comfortably. There was no place to sit under the house to enjoy the breeze, and there was no place to sit other than a Walmart stackable chair on the back porch. If you’ve ever sat in the plastic stackable then chairs that they had at the property you would understand why this was unacceptable. For this reason I Would have to consider not renting Poohs corner again until they can actually put some furniture on the porches. Other than that the only other suggestion I would have is to maybe upgrade the kitchen supplies. It felt like someone went to the homeless shelter and just picked up a bunch of pots and pans and utensils instead of a home having a stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable the furniture was very nice inside the location is perfect and these are minor changes that I would offer a suggestion to the owner to change.
Karen P.KershawWe loved being able to see the beach from the house, some of our family couldn't make it to the beach but could see us from the house. The elevator was wonderful for our older folks that couldn't do the stairs, it made it possible for them to come on this vacation. The house was affordable, just wished that the double beds would of been queen beds and mattress were up-dated. Also loved having our own bathroom with every bedroom. Loved having the pool, plenty of setting area around the pool.
Definitely would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to our friends.
Debra V.ForestWe had a wonderful stay at Grammies Playhouse. The pool was phenomenal. We had some hot days coming a week in August but the pool was very refreshing and clean. We only spent a couple evenings in the hot tub but it was great as well. It had a light that changed colors. As did the pool. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. Lots of extra blankets and throw rugs for in the baths in the closets. Lots of games, cards, coloring books, crayons for the kids & adults . The house was clean and well kept. We loved the pier and we rented a golf cart so we could run down to the pier and little shops although it was an easy maybe 3 block walk. The pier was awesome with the arcade and bars and food. We could easily see the ocean from the front deck. Every morning we had our coffee there to start the day and an evening cocktail and watched people & golf carts stroll by before retiring to bed. Most nights there were fireworks being set off. It was wonderful. I had a wonderfully relaxing vacation and Grammies Playhouse was great. There were beach chairs to take to the beach & a cart to carry them all. The beach access was right down from the house making it very convenient.
My only complaint was that the ice maker was not working. We did call the maintenance department but he said he couldn’t fix it and it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. So that was a bummer. We drank lots of drinks with ice. We went and bought ice ourselves.
The outside light also was not working but he did fix that.
LarenceburgThis condo was absolutely wonderfull! It was clean, it was quiet, the location was great and the view from the balcony was such that we spent more time there than on the beach itself. Will definetely be back, hopefully next year! There were two issues though I must list. The pool was closed the last two days we were there. No reason given, just a sign on the gate. When we asked the rental company about it, they said they didn't know because they don't do the maintenance on the buildings. I felt they could have at least tried to find out for us. The other is when we arrived after 14 hrs on the rd, it was 8 @ night, we followed the directions that were highlighted on the map given to us and we were directed to the wrong Sea Cloisters building. Unfortunately we didn't realize it until we carried everything we could up 3 flights of stairs and tried the key in the door. We called the number given to us on the packet and while waiting for an answer we figured out the problem, yes, the address is on the sign out front but we didn't pay attention to the address since this was the building the map directed us to. Turns out Sea Cloisters II is further down the road. So, a somewhat rocky start but it turned into a beautiful vacation.
Kathy S.ChesterfieldWe rented this unit as extra space, needed another unit to add another bedroom and some privacy. It was perfect.
