The was the nicest, cleanest condo we have stayed at at Surfmaster. Beautifully decorated. The only issue we had was our pool closed a couple days off and on and my son loved the pool, and was upset he couldn’t play those days. Better communication from Pinnacle Group to Garden City Realty.

It was one of the best experience, the view was awesome and the places around are really nice, everything was clean except the bathtub, it had some black spots, but that was the only thing I would say its bad, after all everything was amazing.

If the weather had cooperated with us our trip would have been perfect. Great location and amenities, the unit was amazing. Noticed a lot of changes since last summer at Royal Gardens itself which were all for the best. Highly recommend Royal Gardens and unit 1211.

We always enjoy staying at Royal Garden Resort and have stayed in several different condos. Love the location and the pools. The main bedroom in this unit has damage on the wall under the window. I would say water damage. It was very much an eyesore and needs to be fixed. There was also some of the popcorn ceiling missing in that room as well. Needs to be freshened up. The elevator key would only work in two of the three elevators and the pool code we were given didn't work to get into the indoor pool. The employee at the front desk was not helpful for any of our issues and just kept telling me to find someone in the HOA office of the complex. We had to get the pool code from other guests.
