We loved our condo--it was beautiful and very comfortable. We were disappointed that during our stay there was a water leak in the front bath and leaked into the closet and caused some water damage to a few items in the closet and we were unable to use the closet for the rest of our visit (5 days). The problem was addressed and corrected promptly however. There was also only 1 elevator for all but the last day (sat) of our stay which caused major inconvience for us as we had 4 small children with us. We would definitely recommend this condo and hopefully the problems we experienced has been resolved.

The location was the best for us. The proximity to the pier was perfect for my 14 yr old who likes to pier fish.
The pool area wasnt that great. The pool is small and no where to really sit and enjoy near the pool. However,if I had younger kids it may have been a deal breaker.

We had a very nice time at MB. I love how we can get the best of both worlds by being one block from the ocean and still able to have all the fun of kayaking and fish off of our own dock. Sunsets are spectacular!

We stayed for two weeks - as we came into town for our sons wedding. The property was lovely. Size and location great- just a few little details not A+ (dirty carpet- patio doors don't lock easy/well, patio chairs cracked...plus a few decent bed pillows needed). We do thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful beachside condo.

Prior to closing on our home, Ashley and the Garden City Realty team had already exceeded our expectations. Their team has made every aspect of renting our home an effortless venture. They have helped us every step of the way and bend over backward to see that we’re happy. Not only are they extremely helpful but they managed to rent my home at amazing rates for the entire summer in under a week’s time!  My family and I are able to have peace of mind knowing that Ashley is overseeing our beach home in all regards.
