Norm was wonderful.

Norm was wonderful. He help us find exactly what we were looking for. We decided to new development. We were doing this from out of state so we call Norm when we were ready to look, let him know when we would be in SC. We got off the plane and went to Norm's office we went to 4 different developments in the area we were interested. The next day we went back to developments that we really liked and by the end of week we had found the development and home we wanted built. Norm was a great help to us making sure we asked the right questions. He was great and very knowledgeable in construction. He came to our walk through and help us point out anything that needed to be fixed. He is a great person and a wonderful realtor. Very caring person.

We really enjoyed our stay and didn't have many negatives. We really loved the area and 702 was a cute place to stay. The view was wonderful although the balcony is not private. In fact from the balcony you can see onto other balconies and into the condos which we weren't use to. The balconies do allow for an extended view. One word of caution that we found out the hard way was DO NOT LOCK YOUR KEYS IN YOUR CONDO! They do not have keys to let you into your place on the premises. There is a $50 fee which wasn't written anywhere that I could find in any of the paperwork we signed. Also...we were given one key that didn't even belong to our condo and one key that only my husband could figure out how to use.... On a tight budget....$50 is a hit! Overall...we did have a great time and enjoyed 702.

This vacation rental was perfect for our large family! Very convenient to everything! Very clean & spacious! Just one item of safety concern that needs to be checked is the front second floor banister. It was very loose in the middle & we had to keep the children away from it. Other than that, the house was great and one that we definitely rent again!

Property was very nice. Really only complaint we had was the fact that the kitchen was not stocked very good. No pots or pans. Could not really do any cooking. But we did enjoy the unit overall.

We had a marvelous vacation. We love the location of the unit we chose and we have reserved the unit for 2 weeks next year too, can’t wait. One big problem was mattress in the master bedroom, my husband’s back bothered him, not sure of the age of the mattress, but if you could bring this to the owners attention we would appreciate it. Also, the kitchen was not as clean as it could be. It is a older kitchen but it looked like it could use some tender loving care to get it clean, including the cabinets. Appreciate your wanting to know our experience. See you next year!

This was a lovely condo with a spectacular view. The furniture was in good condition and the large t.v. in the livingroom was a nice surprise! I was happy to see that it was CLEAN upon arrival.This unit could use more silverware though. Also, it was stocked with glass cups but we needed plastic for the children & use at the pool before we went shopping. Not a big deal, but we purchased some to leave behind. It would be helpful if there was at least 1 roll of toilet paper in the condo when you first arrive. With that being said, this was the best condo I've stayed in while on vacation. My grandchildren exploded with excitement when they saw the view from the livingroom. I felt like I was on a ship! We all enjoyed the pool & hot tub. I felt like I was "spoiled rotten" with the awesome surroundings inside and out. I would love to rent this unit again next year!

This was the perfect rental for an extended family beach vacation. We stayed here with my nephew and his family. There were 8 of us total ranging in ages from 20 months to 64 years old. The location was perfect for taking the kids to the beach every day and the yard area also gave them space to burn off energy. The kids loved the bunk room. Plenty of space for everyone.

This was our 3rd time renting a home through Garden City Realty. We have had a great experience with them every time & won't hesitate to use them in the future.

Waccamaw Exchange is a very lovely home, far enough from the pier and arcade to avoid the noise in the summer, but close enough to walk down there and enjoy beautiful downtown Garden City. Take a short walk to the beach or enjoy the creek from the screened back porch or dock. Very tastefully decorated with all the necessities and ample seating. I have been vacationing at Garden City my entire life and Waccamaw Exchange is at the top of the list.
