The location is beautiful. The pool and beach are out the back door and access to the pier over the salt water marsh is across the street. We had a perfect view of the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the marsh. The condo was clean and so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with any kind of pot, pan, or dish to make whatever meal you could want, including a crockpot. Surfside Beach is only a 10 minute drive and HWY 17 to the other side of the inlet is about 15 minutes by car. There are so many great restaurants at the Marsh Walk and it was a fun place to be. We tried Dead Dog Saloon and loved it, but I'm sure you can't go wrong with any of the restaurants there. I can't wait for our next visit next year!

We really loved our condo! It was so well equipped with everything we could think of for our use. Games, cards, kitchen equipment and dishes, and cleaning supplies. The furniture was up to date and very comfortable in all rooms. The condo was also beautifully decorated and the corner unit is such a great view!

The house was clean and well maintained. The cake was really nice, reminded you that this was someones home not just some hotel room. As usual Garden City Realty was great to work with.They were calm when we were not, when we called to let them know we were running late on check out day due to us loosing the car keys while packing. (found them in the trash). Used Garden City Realty for all my house rentals and will continue to in the future as well! Great business.

The house is in great shape and was perfect for myself and three College age kids. We still had plenty of room and comfort for 4 visitors the first two days of our trip. The beach and surrounding area is as nice as you'll find in Myrtle. The half-mile walk to the pier was the perfect combination of exercise and entertainment for kids of all ages. Check-in took less than 2 minutes, and the key drop box for check out is a great convenience.

We absolutely loved our stay in 1511! Loved the views! My grandson keeps saying he's ready to go back to "our" beach house. Only negitive thing I have to say is beds were not as comfy as we would have liked. I DO gave a recommendation for the property. Put safety netting on the balcony railings on floors that high for families with Littles. We brought our own so it wasn't a problem!
