The Girls in Owner Services are Superb

Garden City Realty has managed my property for at least ten years, I have been very pleased with them, they are very professional and courteous, The Girls in Owner Services are superb. My daughter and I and her two young grandchildren arrived at the condo around 7:30 P.M. on a Saturday evening to find my key would not work, it seemed to have gotten bent, she was almost in panic mode, I called GCR, their guy came in a matter of minutes and let us in, gave us a key and the next day brought more keys. If you are looking for a rental agent I would highly recommend them, they have done an excellent job of renting my property.

We stay at this property every year, but we usually stay in a different unit. The lighting was very dim in this condo but the skylights helped during the day. Lots of fun things added: Cards, games, books, music, and videos for rainy day fun! A great week was had here. Only con: minimal pots and pans..

The condo was exactly as depicted in the online ad. There were no unpleasant smells in the condo. The only disappointment was the lack of kitchen necessities. They're were only 4 of us, and the condo was advertised as sleeping 6 people. There were only 5 plates and a serving platter, so dishes needed washed after every meal. If we had 6 people,someone would have had to eat off the platter. There was no hand mixer, blender, drink pitchers, or plastic cups. I'd also have liked to have had more casserole dishes, pizza pans, a slow cooker, etc... Being we didn't go out in order to avoid the virus. The pool area was nice and clean. With a few more supplies, this place would be fantastic.

Was very clean and cozy, perfect for a small family. The most upsetting thing would be the view, seeing the neighbors door across or leaning to see a small glimpse of the ocean was upsetting but was excellent other than that.

We were pleasantly surprised at the overall condition and cleanliness of this condo. The view is amazing and the layout of the condo was wonderful. The only complaints we have are: the blowers would not work in the Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Additionally, the wi-fi signal was very weak; we had to reset the router several times. I also added outlet covers throughout the main living area since we have a 2-year-old.

We had a wonderful stay at Inlet Joy. The house is in a great location with the beach across the street and the creek in the backyard. Everything was clean and comfortable. Everyone at Garden City Realty were very helpful and friendly.
