Condo was nice. We have been staying at beach house for many years and love the ocean view very much. The only thing I would like to see changed is Garden City Reality. I has to wait in line way to long for my key. Also my kid cut his foot on the city walk way to the beach. A nail sticking up. I called Garden City Reality and they said sorry its the citys problem and it took the city almost an entire week to fix it. This was unacceptable as my son was not the only one to be cut by this screw. Im expecting you will fix both problems. Look its a really nice place and we will be back.

The apt was perfect for our little ones and had plenty of kitchen supplies to make life easy. Beach is right in front of the property and fun to use. Basically, you must purchase one of their beach umbrellas (comes with two chairs for $35/day) to get a good seat on the beach. One drawback was the nightly beach fireworks. It was loud, but most importantly very dangerous! I think there is an ordinance at our property banning this, but we only walked on the beach one evening and felt like we were surrounded by vacationers experimenting with the use of fireworks easily purchased in town. They were not responsible and one nearly clipped us. That was a disappointment. At other beaches, we took the little ones to the beach at night frequently.

We stayed for two weeks - as we came into town for our sons wedding. The property was lovely. Size and location great- just a few little details not A+ (dirty carpet- patio doors don't lock easy/well, patio chairs cracked...plus a few decent bed pillows needed). We do thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful beachside condo.

We had a wonderful stay. The positive: condo was up to date, spacious, had breathtaking views. The negitive: pots and pans were filthy and had to be washed before use, and stools outside are broken but held together by duct tape.

Our Condo was very nice and clean. Beds were already made. It was ready for our occupancy. Plenty of towels. Nice location, very quiet & calm place to stay. Fishing was great also. I would highly recommend staying at Cloister II in Surfside Beach. I definitely will be coming back.
