We have been going to the beach as a family for over 50 years. First time we stayed in Garden City always stayed at Cherry Grove. Loved this house, loved the location. Kids loved the location. They could walk to pier or Sam's. House had lots of space for family time. A few of the mattress's need replaced everything else about the house was great. Can't wait till next year!

Wonderful!!!!! We had a beautiful week! Condo was perfect plenty of room and a terrific view!!! We had trouble with the a/c a worker was out ASAP! Hope to stay there again!!! Soon !!

Had an awesome week. Rental was very nice and loved how close to the beach we were. Only issue was the bed and toilet seat needs to be tightened or replaced. Not comfortable at all. Next year we will also make sure we are on the second floor due to how close first floor is to the pool and hot tub.

Fort Mill

I spent the weekend at Compass Rose with my mother, grandmother, sister, niece and my best friend for my 40th birthday. We had an amazing time. The condo is very cozy and clean with an amazing ocean front view as well as a view of the inlet. We will definitely be back next year!!

Eastsound

Condo had recently been redone with new paint, furniture and décor. It was a great couple day retreat for 2 couples. Kitchen was super equipped. Only negative (and a small one) was being on the third floor and no elevator presented a slight challenge bringing the luggage in. Staff did a great job helping us find a great unit on short notice in the off season.

Terre Haute

The condo was directly on the ocean and sitting on our balcony we had a nice side view of the ocean. A few minor changes would be a curtain over the shades in the bedroom to block bright outside hallway light, televisions didn't work as you needed a ROKU password, and update mattresses (sagging and indentation in mattress by wall)

Drew [Dellinger] did a great job from start to finish. He knew the market, made the entire process very easy even though much of it was long distance. Very responsive and kept us informed on the activity on the house. He was recommended to me by my cousin - he also sold my aunt's house in the area. I would highly recommend him if you are considering selling or buying.

The property was exactly as shown on the web site. Great location. Enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony. At check in, I found crumbs all over the kitchen island. It appeared that someone had lunch and forgot to clean up after themselves. Over all, enjoyed the property.

I have been vacationing here for 5 years. Each year we always bring friends and family to enjoy our wonderful experience. This year we had 27 people join us on our wonderful experience. They too enjoyed enough that they planned on coming back for years to come. Each of the units we all had were very well maintained and clean. Thank you for the wonderful experience! Steps to the beach - and if your not in a beach mood - you have your own private pool. Great space for a large family - so many beds we couldn't fill them all!! Huge porch overlooking the ocean for dining and book reading.
Would definitely stay here again. Only negative - if you like to cook, you may need to bring some of your supplies - kitchen needs to be stocked a little better.

We have used this property several times in the past. It is just a good old beach house with all of the amenities that we look for in a beach house. There is large screened porch with rockers and eating tables. We ate most of our meals on the porch.

1506 was lovely and had nice views. Furnishings comfortable & prettty beach decor. We never used pools and got in hot tub 2x. Would have preferred pool on beachside. It was a very crowded beach but the waves were great! Had never been to Garden City not much to do. Wish rental agency supplied more soap & dish detergent. Nice if coffee & filters & basic spices were stocked. We had to make our beds, sheets supplied. Key a bit tricky to get out of door and wifi spotty. Overall pretty nice if you want Garden city. The beach gets a very high tide and quite a bit of fireworks that we enjoyed.
