My family really enjoyed our stay at the VIP House. The floor plan is wonderful for 2 families, because there are 2 master bedrooms and the balcony can serve as another living space upstairs. The house is located so near to the pier that it gives young teens the freedom to walk to the arcade and eating places. The furnishings were very nice. My only suggestion would be to fix the dryer. It took several cycles to dry clothes. However, it was still one of the best vacations we have ever had. Thanks GC Realty and VIP House!

Was our 4 year staying there love the spot.Only issue we had needs better comfortable furniture outside on the balcony. And update need to be done in the bathroom tub was crack we noticed first thing. Other then that everything was satisfying.

This is our third stay at Against the Wind A. Just like our first visit in 2010, the house was clean and inviting. We hope to visit the beach again next year, and if we do, we will again stay at this home.

Great first year as new vacation rental owners

We would like to send a great big THANK YOU! to everyone at Garden City Realty. We are just now wrapping up our first year as new owners of a vacation rental property at the beach. Thanks to GCR it was an even more successful year than we had hoped. When we bought our property last Fall we had no prior experience in vacation rentals and no idea how even to get started. We knew we had a lot to learn and we knew we needed help. So we called you at Garden City Realty. From our very first contact and throughout the entire year, everyone at GCR has been friendly, extremely helpful, and thoroughly professional. We could not have been more satisfied. You answered our many questions, made some great suggestions, did a superb job marketing our property, and helped us be good hosts for our guests. We've learned a lot in our first year. Very satisfied with location. Property could use some carpet cleaning and spots removed. Bathtub drained slowly. Very spacious place! Overall very satisfied with this property. Property management company was very professional and super nice!

I have stayed at SurfMaster four times. My experience has always been great. I love the view from the condo. I feel as if I'm standing on a ship's bow because all I can see is ocean before me. I love to constantly hear the waves pounding on the shore just below my window. Making reservations, checking in, checking out go seamlessly. On site repairmen are available if I need them. Everything is as described; no surprises. I will return soon.

The only issue and I mean the only issue was we had to call 3 days in a row to get someone to come out and clean the pool. Other than that, EXCELLENT property and location. And yes we are going back in 2026.

Another great vacation at Royal Garden Resort. The weather wasn't great, but you cannot control that. The condo is so comfortable and the indoor pools and jacuzzi were a great spot for us. We will be back in Sept.
